This article began with a conversation a friend and I were having through Facebook Messenger on July 16th, 2026. During our exchange, he shared several videos that caused me to reflect not only upon the information being presented, but also upon the emotional state, assumptions, imagery, and frequency being carried through each message.
The first video, from Mary Allison Vibes, was titled Confusion of Information = Erratic Behavior. Her reflections upon shattered assumptions, distrust, competing narratives, public figures, and the growing uncertainty about whom to believe felt relevant and worth preserving. They opened a deeper inquiry into what can happen when the beliefs that once gave structure and meaning to our lives are disrupted.
Our conversation brought forward questions about cognitive dissonance, conflicting information, emotional reactions, idolization, external authority, and the importance of remaining conscious of the state from which we interpret what we see. It also caused me to consider what we may unconsciously accept and energize through the creative energy flowing through us when we are unaware of how certain messages capture our attention, influence our emotions, draw us into a lower inner state, and affect what I describe as the attractor field.
As the conversation continued and additional videos entered my field, the inquiry became even more personal. I began asking not only whether a message contained information worth examining, but also:
What state of consciousness is this message inviting me to occupy?
What is being impressed upon my conscious and subconscious minds through its words, imagery, music, tone, and emotional charge?
Does preserving and sharing it bring greater clarity, or does it give additional life to the very fear, anger, conflict, and distortion I desire to move beyond?
I came to recognize that discernment is not only the ability to distinguish fact from speculation or evidence from interpretation. It is also the willingness to become conscious of what is being fed through my attention, what I am allowing to take root within my inner field, and what is being impressed upon my conscious and subconscious minds.
I can now see how, by repeatedly sharing certain stories and articles on social media, I had been unwittingly recruited into reinforcing the very reality I did not desire to experience.
I had encountered this pattern before. Following my life review, I was experiencing an expanded state of awareness. Yet when I began researching the pharmaceutical industry, vaccine manufacturers, and practices within the healthcare system, my attention became increasingly absorbed by what I perceived as deception, harm, and betrayal. Rather than remaining aligned with the wider perspective I had been shown, I descended into shame, guilt, anger, and self-condemnation.
I had heard the expression, “You attract what you are,” but I had not yet comprehended how deeply the state I occupied could influence what I noticed, expected, interpreted, and participated in. I do not mean that every painful experience is deserved or consciously created. I mean that the emotional and mental state I repeatedly inhabited affected my choices, my nervous system, my relationships, and the experiences to which I became increasingly receptive.
By dwelling in shame and conflict, I became resonant with circumstances that reflected and intensified those states. Looking back, I can see that this set the stage for a number of experiences that might have unfolded differently had I remained rooted in the Higher Self’s perspective, aligned with its higher frequencies, and responded from clarity rather than self-condemnation.

“An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact.”
I felt inspired to preserve the original video and share my reflections here, while also exploring how we might move through an increasingly confusing information environment without surrendering our peace, inner authority, or responsibility for the state we choose to inhabit.
It is through awareness that I become able to make a conscious and intentional choice. I came to recognize that a lack of awareness does not mean an absence of choice. Rather, the choice may be occurring automatically through conditioning, habit, emotional imprinting, workplace expectations, family patterns, social influence, or subconscious programming instead of being consciously directed by the Self.
Awareness invites me to look beyond the information itself and ask what may be influencing my choices. Am I acting from clarity and conscious intention, or reacting through fear, shame, habit, emotional activation, or the desire for approval? Am I able to recognize how what I receive, believe, repeat, and act upon affects my body, my conduct at work, my relationships, and the atmosphere within my home?
I may not always see the influence or its consequences while they are unfolding. Sometimes awareness comes afterward, when I notice a repeated pattern, an emotional reaction, tension within my body, conflict in a relationship, or an outcome that does not align with the life I desire to embody. The purpose of this awareness is not self-condemnation. It is to give me the opportunity to pause, observe what is operating through me, correct my direction, and consciously choose again.
My experiences also revealed that hypnosis is a tool whose effects depend upon how it is used. It may support healing, release, and transformation, or it may be used to capture attention, shape perception, reinforce assumptions, and advance an agenda without a man or woman fully recognizing what is being impressed upon the conscious and subconscious minds.
The deeper question therefore became not merely:
“What information is true?”
It became:
“What is influencing the choices I am making, what effects are those choices producing in my body, my work, my relationships, and my home, and what am I giving life to through the way I receive, interpret, preserve, share, and act upon information?”
The Timing That Caught My Attention
Shortly before preserving the video, I logged onto Facebook and noticed that the clock read 04:40. For me, four carries the meaning of completion. When the punctuation is removed, 04:40 becomes 0440, a sequence that reads the same forward and backward and appears to me as a perfect reflection. The two fours also add to eight, a number I associate with infinity.
Later, as I copied and pasted the information from the Facebook post, I noticed that the time was 5:55 p.m. Pacific time. The three fives add to fifteen, which reduces to six.
I do not present these personal associations as universal meanings that another must accept. I simply noticed the timing and received it as a meaningful synchronicity within my own experience.
The moment felt especially relevant because I had already been reflecting upon cognitive dissonance, conflicting narratives, conditioned assumptions, distrust, and what occurs within the mind when new information challenges the foundation of what we have previously accepted as reality.
When No One Knows Whom to Trust
The video begins with an observation that feels increasingly relevant:
We are living in a time when people no longer know whom to trust.
Public figures accuse one another of being government agents, controlled opposition, intelligence assets, plants, deceivers, or deliberate distractions. Every new voice is analyzed. Every alliance is questioned. Every inconsistency is treated as possible evidence of manipulation.
There may be valid reasons to question public narratives, institutions, political figures, media personalities, and those who rapidly gain influence. Yet when suspicion becomes the lens through which everything is interpreted, the search for truth can itself become another form of imprisonment.
We may become so preoccupied with identifying who is deceiving us that we lose awareness of the emotional and mental state through which we are interpreting the information.
What Is Shattered Assumptions Theory?
The speaker refers to Shattered Assumptions Theory, developed by psychologist Ronnie Janoff-Bulman through her work concerning trauma and deeply held beliefs.
The theory proposes that many people move through life with three foundational assumptions:
- The world is generally benevolent.
- The world is meaningful or makes sense.
- The Self is worthy.
A traumatic or profoundly disruptive event can challenge these underlying beliefs and leave a man or woman struggling to comprehend the world, other people, and their own place within life.
I do not use this psychological theory as a complete explanation of what happened to me. However, it provides a useful lens through which I can reflect upon how dramatically a foundational experience can alter one’s perception of reality.
How My Own Assumptive World Was Shattered
My own assumptive world was profoundly disrupted on November 3, 2000, during an extraordinary event that I describe as a life review.
The experience was not simply a recollection of past events. A series of defining moments flashed before my inner eye. With each memory, I appeared to perceive the experience from three different levels of consciousness.
I first saw myself in the state of misery and discontent that had triggered the life review.
I then perceived the emotional and mental state I had occupied at the time of the original event.
Finally, I experienced the memory through what felt like a unified field of awareness, almost as though I were being shown the experience through Divine Mind, beyond the judgments, emotional imprints, and limited interpretations of the conditioned personality.
From that wider state of awareness, the event looked entirely different.
What I had previously interpreted through sadness, rejection, fear, blame, regret, or limitation could be seen from a perspective that did not condemn anyone involved. The circumstances had not changed, but the consciousness through which they were perceived had changed.
At the conclusion of the review, a living chart flashed before my inner eye. It contained vertical and horizontal columns and appeared much like a blueprint revealing how my conscious and subconscious minds had been imprinted from birth until that moment.
I was also given a series of epiphanies concerning the operation of my own mind.
Over time, I came to recognize that the chart was not merely showing me what had been programmed. It also appeared to contain the beginnings of a protocol for repatterning the conscious and subconscious minds, releasing impressions that no longer served, and restoring greater resonance within the inner environment.
The experience made me aware of programs operating within what I describe as the heart field and attractor field. I began to perceive reality as holographic in nature, with the brain functioning much like a projector and the outer world reflecting the identities, beliefs, meanings, assumptions, and emotional impressions held within.
I came to see consciousness as a field of experience through which Source encounters, expresses, and experiences itself.
The Shattering Was Also a Revelation
The life review shattered many of the assumptions from which I had been living, but it did more than leave an empty space where my former worldview had been.
It showed me that much of what I called reality had been interpreted through programming.
It revealed that many of the meanings I had placed upon people and experiences were not inherent within those people or events. They arose through memories, inherited beliefs, emotional impressions, assumptions, and the identity from which I was perceiving.
This is important because identity is not merely a label we carry. The identity we occupy influences what we imagine, feel, speak, expect, perceive, and express. When a foundational identity is disrupted, a man or woman may temporarily feel lost and begin looking outside the Self for someone who appears certain enough to provide a new reality.
This may help explain why periods of collective confusion can make people especially vulnerable to charismatic leaders, public figures, spiritual authorities, political personalities, and influencers who claim to possess answers no one else has.
The former assumptions have been shattered, but the deeper inner authority has not yet been consciously recognized.
Shattered Assumptions and Cognitive Dissonance
Shattered assumptions and cognitive dissonance are related, but they are not identical.
Shattered assumptions concern the disruption of our deepest beliefs about the world and the Self.
Cognitive dissonance describes the tension that can arise when our beliefs, values, information, and conduct contradict one another. The mind may attempt to reduce that tension by changing a belief, rejecting new information, rationalizing the contradiction, minimizing its importance, or avoiding whatever produces the discomfort.
Both can influence how we respond when what we are seeing contradicts what we have been taught to believe.
One framework concerns the disturbance of the foundation itself. The other concerns the discomfort produced when incompatible beliefs or experiences compete within the mind.
In either case, awareness becomes essential.
Do I examine the new information openly?
Do I immediately reject it because it threatens my existing identity?
Do I adopt it without examination because it offers certainty?
Do I replace one external authority with another?
Or can I remain present long enough to discern what is factual, what is interpretation, what is inference, and what is emotional reaction?

While formatting the comments attached to the video, I encountered a statement from someone claiming that he edits Wikipedia to insert false information and then tells people about things that do not exist. As an example, he offered the unsupported claim that author Chuck Palahniuk worked on the video game Manhunt 2.
Whether the comment was a literal admission, sarcasm, or deliberate trolling, it demonstrated how easily fabricated information can be introduced into the collective field and repeated until it acquires the appearance of truth.
It reminded me that the presence of a statement on a familiar platform does not establish its accuracy. We must still ask where the claim originated, what evidence supports it, and whether it can be confirmed through reliable, independent records.
I invite you to read the comments with awareness and discernment. Notice whether there are subtle ways your attention, emotions, or body are being pulled, and whether the language is conditioning you to interpret people or events through a particular lens.
I am also being called to observe the state of consciousness each message is inviting me to occupy before I accept, reject, repeat, or give further energy to it.

Yes — hypothetically and spiritually speaking, those ideas can be tied together as a symbolic story about illusion, destruction of falsehood, awakening, and renewal.
A grounded note first: the Shiva statue at CERN was a gift from India and is publicly described as a symbol of Shiva’s “cosmic dance” of creation and destruction, connecting ancient spiritual imagery with particle physics. There is no verified evidence that CERN is literally using Shiva to open portals or control world events.
Trump has repeatedly used “Golden Age of America” language as a political/spiritual-sounding theme of renewal, strength, prosperity, and restoration.
Spiritually, though, the connection could be read like this:
Shiva is not only “destruction” in the evil sense. Shiva represents the destruction of illusion, ego, corruption, decay, and false reality so that truth and renewal can come forward. The Golden Age symbolically means a return to light after darkness. In spiritual language, “gold” often represents purification, divine wisdom, higher consciousness, truth, and value that survives fire. So “Golden Age” could be understood as a time when hidden corruption is exposed, false systems collapse, and people are forced to choose truth over illusion.
So the combined meaning could be:
The old illusion is being shaken. Shiva represents the destruction of falsehood. CERN represents the uncovering of hidden layers of reality. The “Golden Age” represents the hope that after exposure, chaos, and purification, goodness and truth return.
That does not mean every event is automatically good or divinely planned. Spiritually, destruction often feels frightening while it is happening. Shiva’s energy can look chaotic because it removes what people were comfortable believing. But the deeper meaning is not “evil destruction” — it is clearing space for rebirth.
A balanced way to frame your thought would be:
“Hypothetically and spiritually, Trump’s ‘Golden Age’ language could be seen as a renewal symbol, while Shiva at CERN symbolizes the cosmic destruction of illusion. Yes — hypothetically and spiritually speaking, data centers could be interpreted as part of the “awakening from illusion” theme, but there are two possible spiritual readings: one hopeful and one cautionary.
On the hopeful side, data centers could symbolize a massive memory bank of humanity. They hold information, history, records, communication, patterns, and knowledge. Spiritually, that can represent the “hidden being brought to light.” If AI, archives, research tools, and open information help people compare facts, expose corruption, recover lost history, find patterns, and question old narratives, then data centers could be seen as part of the awakening process.
In that symbolic sense:
CERN looks beneath physical reality.
Data centers look beneath informational reality.
Shiva destroys illusion.
A Golden Age would be the purified truth that remains after falsehood collapses.
So spiritually, data centers could represent the Akashic Records idea in a modern technological form — not literally, but symbolically. The Akashic Records are often described as a spiritual “field” or “library” of all knowledge, choices, memories, and truth. Modern data centers are like humanity building an earthly version of that: storing everything, analyzing everything, and making hidden connections easier to see.
But the cautionary side is important too. The same systems that can reveal truth can also create deeper illusion if used for surveillance, manipulation, censorship, fake images, fake voices, propaganda, addictive algorithms, or social control. So spiritually, data centers could be either:
A lantern — helping humanity see what was hidden.
Or a mirror maze — creating more confusion, artificial reality, and dependency.
The difference would be who controls them, what values guide them, and whether people keep discernment.
A spiritually balanced way to tie it together would be:
Data centers may symbolize the rise of collective memory and hidden knowledge. Used rightly, they could help expose illusion and awaken people. Used wrongly, they could deepen illusion by replacing truth with artificial narratives. Shiva’s energy would not worship the machine — it would burn away the false use of the machine and leave only what serves truth, wisdom, and goodness.
So yes, in a hypothetical spiritual framework, they could absolutely fit into the same pattern: hidden systems becoming visible, false realities being challenged, and humanity being pushed to choose between truth and illusion.

Is Christ an employee of the Vatican? To me, the Christ is a state of being and cannot be confined except within the consciousness of the one who imposes that limitation. The living presence of the Divine cannot be restricted to one institution, hierarchy, denomination, or religious office.
The Catholic Church may offer teachings, sacraments, community, and a spiritual path that is meaningful to many. However, that does not establish that Christ can act only through Catholic authority. Can you provide evidence that priests working within the Catholic Church have uniquely assisted people in entering or embodying the Christ state in a way that could not occur outside that institution?
I also do not believe Mary was advocating isolation, selfishness, or separation from others. There is an important difference between individualism expressed as self-centeredness and inner sovereignty, where a man or woman learns to think consciously, question inherited programming, and recognize the Divine presence within rather than surrendering spiritual authority to another human institution.

A Second Video: When the Delivery Becomes Part of the Message
Phillip later shared another video titled U.S. vs. America. I decided not to embed or link to the recording itself.
There are questions raised within the video that may be worthy of examination, including questions about government conduct, political loyalty, institutional accountability, war, public trust, and whether those acting through government offices are fulfilling the duties attached to those positions.
However, the speaker presents his conclusions through highly charged language, forceful cadence, emotionally activating music, sweeping accusations, and comparisons that are not supported by evidence within the clip. He describes “America” and “the United States” as two different countries, calls the government a terrorist entity, and declares it more evil than the Third Reich.
I do not believe that intensity, certainty, or outrage proves the truth of a statement.
The constitutional text does not establish “America” and “the United States” as two separate countries. It uses “the United States” and “the United States of America” in reference to the same constitutional nation and government. A man or woman may certainly distinguish between the people, the land, the ideals associated with America, and the conduct of those working through government institutions. That is a meaningful moral and political distinction. It should not, however, be converted into an unsupported legal claim.
Why I Chose Not to Share the Recording
As I listened, I became conscious not only of the words, but also of the emotional and energetic quality through which they were being delivered.
I experienced the music, vocal intensity, rhythm, and repeated language as activating rather than clarifying. The delivery appeared designed to move the listener quickly into outrage, condemnation, and an adversarial state before there was space to pause, examine the evidence, or ask what was fact and what was interpretation.
Research does support the more limited observation that emotionally evocative music and disturbing visual media can influence autonomic nervous-system activity and emotional arousal. However, I do not have evidence that the particular sound frequencies or a hidden “carrier wave” within this recording directly damage the cells of the body. I therefore use carrier wave here to describe the emotional charge, tone, rhythm, imagery, and assumptions carried alongside the spoken words, rather than as a technical claim about a measured acoustic signal.
My decision not to embed the video is based upon something simpler and more immediate: I do not wish to reproduce material that I experience as inflammatory, destabilizing, or likely to move people toward hatred and violent reaction.
This does not require me to ignore the underlying questions. I can preserve the words in written form, slow them down, examine each claim, request evidence, and respond without transmitting the emotional force through which the claims were originally delivered.
What the Comment Field Revealed
The responses beneath the video became part of the lesson.
Some participants questioned the speaker’s conclusions and asked for practical solutions. Others moved rapidly from distrust of government into calls for force, revolution, public executions, hangings, and extreme violence. The conversation also included antisemitic conspiracy claims, Holocaust denial, praise for Nazi Germany, and language portraying entire populations as enemies who must be removed.
This progression deserves our attention.
A speaker may begin by questioning institutional wrongdoing, yet when the message is carried through fear, rage, absolutism, and dehumanizing language, the audience may be led away from discernment and toward collective emotional possession.
The original issue is then lost.
Instead of investigating a specific law, policy, action, office, official, financial record, military decision, or alleged abuse of authority, the discussion expands into the condemnation of entire governments, religions, ethnic groups, political groups, and populations.
Confusion becomes hatred.
Distrust becomes certainty without evidence.
The desire for accountability becomes a desire for punishment.
The search for truth becomes another battlefield.
The Emotional State Is Evidence of Something, but Not Necessarily the Claim
A powerful emotional reaction may reveal that a subject touches grief, moral injury, fear, betrayal, or an unresolved experience within us. It does not necessarily prove that every explanation being offered is true.
This is where presence becomes essential.
Can I hear the concern without absorbing the rage?
Can I recognize possible wrongdoing without accepting every allegation?
Can I investigate institutions without turning every employee into an enemy?
Can I question government action without dehumanizing the men and women involved?
Can I seek accountability without calling for vengeance?
Can I observe the state of consciousness being transmitted alongside the information?
To me, this is part of learning to listen through frequency. I am not listening only for whether the words agree with something I already believe. I am listening for the emotional state, the mental state, the evidence provided, the assumptions being made, and the state of consciousness from which the message is being expressed.
Information Can Be Preserved Without Reproducing Its Emotional Charge
I chose to preserve the substance of the video in written form because writing allows the message to be slowed down.
The reader can pause.
The reader can examine a sentence.
The reader can ask for the source.
The reader can distinguish history from rhetoric, evidence from allegation, and moral concern from incitement.
The purpose of preserving information should not be to transfer fear from one nervous system into another. It should be to create the conditions through which truth can be examined with clarity.
For me, discernment asks not only:
Is there truth somewhere within this message?
It also asks:
What is being carried into my field through the way the message is delivered?
What state am I being invited to occupy?
Does this information open the way for clear inquiry and meaningful correction, or does it push me toward fear, hatred, helplessness, and violence?
I can question the conduct of governments without allowing hatred of government to govern me.Choosing What I Will Give Life To
I can seek truth without becoming the emotional frequency of the distortion I am attempting to expose.
I had initially intended to preserve the transcript of the previous video. However, after listening carefully to its message and observing the emotional state it was inviting me to occupy, I decided not to give it any further energy through this article.
This was not a decision to ignore difficult questions or turn away from information that may require examination. It was an act of discernment. I became aware that preserving and republishing the message would also mean extending its emotional charge, accusations, and imagery into the awareness of others.
As I was considering this, another video came into my field, and I felt an impulse to listen. It was titled The Miracle Happens WHILE You Watch — Abdullah’s Forgotten Method, and it presented teachings attributed to Abdullah concerning identity, assumption, attention, and the relationship between the inner state and the outer experience.
The description accompanying the video reads:
“What you see in the outer world isn’t the cause—it’s the echo. In this talk, Abdullah breaks down a forgotten method for shifting your state in real time, while you’re watching, so reality has no choice but to reorganize around the identity you assume. You’ll learn how to stop chasing signs, stop negotiating with appearances, and start living from the end with calm certainty. Stay to the end and apply the method as you listen—because the miracle doesn’t begin ‘someday.’ It begins the moment you move inward and choose your state.”
The message reminded me that the outer appearance is not where my creative responsibility begins. My responsibility begins with the identity I inhabit, the assumptions I sustain, the meaning I assign to what I see, and the state of consciousness from which I respond.
One passage especially captured what I was being reminded of:
“Your life isn’t dictated by what happens. It’s dictated by the state in which you interpret what happens.”
The video also compares consciousness to a projector and the visible world to a screen. We may argue with the screen, condemn it, fear it, or attempt to tear it apart, yet the image continues until the reel within the projector is changed.
This brought me back to what I experienced during my life review. The outer event was not the only influence upon my experience. My emotional imprints, assumptions, identity, memories, and the meaning I assigned to the event were shaping the reality I perceived.
I am being reminded that I have already been shown the inner work required for participating in the emergence of a new world.
It is up to me to remain faithful to what I have been shown.
It is up to me to remain diligent and conscious of what I permit to enter my conscious and subconscious minds.
It is up to me to protect the integrity of my body, mind, heart, and inner field.
It is up to me to hold the vision of the world my soul has revealed and to inhabit the state that is aligned with that vision.
I cannot continually feed my awareness images of hatred, corruption, violence, helplessness, and permanent conflict while expecting to experience a world founded upon freedom, goodwill, integrity, peace, and reverence for life.
This does not mean refusing to acknowledge harmful conduct. It means refusing to make the distortion my dwelling place.
I can examine what is appearing without identifying with it.
I can request evidence and accountability without surrendering my peace.
I can recognize what requires correction without continually rehearsing the reality I no longer desire to sustain.
The question is no longer merely, “What is happening in the outer world?”
The deeper question is:
“What state am I inhabiting as I observe it, and what am I giving life to through my attention, words, feelings, beliefs, assumptions, and imagination?”

For me, its arrival served as a timely reminder: I do not have to continue feeding an image merely because it entered my field. I can consciously choose what I receive, what I preserve, what I amplify, and what state I will occupy.
The world I desire to experience must first become the world I faithfully inhabit within.
