The One Who Flows With the River
I am Sophia-Taniah-Lorna-Lynne, known as Freedom Dove. The name given to me by my mother is Lorna Lynne, and in 2018, during a water and fire ceremony in Vernon, British Columbia, Chief White Buffalo gave me the name The One Who Flows With The River.
I am currently located in Summerland, British Columbia, and I walk as a wayshower, frequency holder, writer, researcher, and joyful co-creator in this grand Game of Life.
I have been assisting friends, family, and community members in their healing and awakening journeys since a spontaneous spiritual activation in 1993. Since childhood, I have carried messages from Spirit, visions, energetic awakenings, and deep remembrances that revealed how subconscious programming, energetic ties, inherited beliefs, and karmic patterns influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and lived experience.
On November 3, 2000, during a profound life-review experience, I was given a glimpse into my subconscious and shown how it is programmed. I was also reminded of childhood experiences that shifted my perception of myself and revealed that I am not separate from the Intelligence that created the world, my spirit, and my body. I carry the Light of Source as a lived experience.
During that sacred review, a living chart flashed before my inner eye — a kind of protocol intended to help people gently repattern both the conscious and subconscious mind, release what no longer serves, restore resonance to the inner environment, and reconnect with their true nature: Love.
I became aware of the programs running within the heart field, the attractor field, and began to understand reality as holographic in nature — with the brain as a projector and the outer world reflecting what is believed, assumed, and held within.
These experiences guided me toward a deeper remembrance of the I AM Presence, the Superconscious Mind, Divine Love, Natural Law, the original blueprint of the soul, and the Law of One — the Law of Love.
Following these shifts in consciousness, I was encouraged to begin writing and sharing the epiphanies I was receiving. Reluctantly at first, I created my blog, FreedomDove.net, to document my experiences and insights. Now I find myself writing almost every day.
My work through Freedom Dove is rooted in truth, freedom, conscious creation, sovereign remembrance, healing, and the embodiment of New Earth consciousness. Through writing, compassionate listening, reflective tools, frequency-based practices, and consciousness-centered support, my intention is to help others dissolve old patterns, remember their innate freedom, and align more fully with the radiant light of who they truly are.
I am fully aware that in assisting others, I am also restoring aspects of myself. I continue to release the mental realm and the belief in two powers — good versus evil — while holding the vision of the realm of perfect ideas and a world awakened to the One Source: Love.
I believe appreciation is one of the highest frequencies — the pure recognition of Divine Beauty in every flower, every soul, and every moment. When we live from unconditional appreciation and alignment with the Superconscious Mind, miracles unfold, karma dissolves into grace, and Heaven is remembered on Earth.
I am here in service to Life, in joy and love, to walk beside fellow ascenders as we collectively birth a new reality rooted in Truth, Freedom, Divine Wisdom, and the Law of One — the Law of Love.
