Earlier today, a friend sent me a short guided meditation by Dolores Cannon through Messenger. After listening to it, I sent back some of the observations it brought up for me. Later, when I opened Facebook, another video appeared in my news feed, this one published by Stacy through We Are All Energy and titled Words Are Spells. The timing of the two videos arriving on the same day caused me to pause and contemplate something I believe deserves much deeper inquiry.
This is not written as an attack upon Dolores Cannon, QHHT, Stacy, her AI Sage, or anyone sharing these ideas.
In fact, there are elements within both videos that I deeply resonate with.
Both speak, directly or indirectly, to the influence of thought, imagination, language, consciousness, and the subconscious mind.
What caught my attention was something much more subtle.
Are we recognizing programming while simultaneously continuing to program ourselves and others with assumptions inherited from the very reality we say we are attempting to transcend?
That question has stayed with me.
And perhaps even more importantly:
If we know that words, imagery, repetition, suggestion, and expectation influence consciousness, what responsibility do we have for the impressions we place into our own conscious and subconscious mind and into the minds of others?
When Guidance Quietly Becomes Suggestion
The first video was a short guided meditation published through the Dolores Cannon and QHHT Facebook presence.
Dolores Cannon was a hypnotist whose work reached an enormous audience. She spent decades exploring hypnosis, consciousness, past life regression, and what she described as communication with deeper levels of awareness.
Because of that background, I found myself listening very carefully to the language being used.
In the meditation, the listener is guided up a marble staircase.
At the top are three doors marked 1, 3, and 5, representing years into the future.
The listener chooses a door, moves through fog, emerges into clarity, and is invited to observe their future experience.
I thought this was beautiful.
Then came the part that stopped me.
The listener was directed to examine what they were doing in that future and was specifically asked:
“What is your job? What is your occupation? See yourself doing it.”
My immediate response was:
Why?
Why insert that assumption?
Why presume that the future version of this man or woman necessarily has a job or occupation at all?
Why not allow the Soul, the Superconscious Mind, or whatever deeper intelligence the meditator recognizes to reveal the future without placing that parameter into the experience first?
Imagine instead being invited to hear:
Allow the clearest expression of your future experience to reveal itself. What are you doing? How are you experiencing life? What is your Soul showing you?
Now the field is open.
Perhaps the man or woman sees meaningful work.
Perhaps they are creating art.
Perhaps they are tending gardens.
Perhaps they are caring for children.
Perhaps they are teaching.
Perhaps they are traveling.
Perhaps they are building community.
Perhaps they are doing something we presently have no language for.
Perhaps the society they glimpse operates according to principles completely different from the economic and social structures we presently know.
Why decide beforehand that the future contains a job or an occupation?
The Ethics of Suggestion
This question becomes especially important to me when hypnosis, NLP, guided meditation, energy work, coaching, visualization, or other practices are intentionally directing someone’s attention inward.
Those who work within these realms carry, in my view, an especially important responsibility for the words they choose.
When someone is relaxed, inwardly focused, visualizing, emotionally open, or deliberately accessing subconscious material, language is not merely conversation.
Words can become suggestion.
Questions can contain assumptions.
Instructions can quietly establish parameters around what the receiver imagines to be possible.
That is why the wording in this meditation mattered so much to me.
If I guide someone five years into the future and ask:
“What is your job? What is your occupation?”
I have already introduced an assumption into that future before their own deeper knowing has been allowed to reveal what is there.
The assumption may appear harmless because employment is presently considered normal.
But that is precisely why assumptions such as these can pass unnoticed.
They are so deeply woven into our collective conditioning that we no longer recognize them as assumptions.
They simply sound like reality.
What Am I Impressing Upon my Conscious and Subconscious Mind and upon Consciousness?
This inquiry is particularly important to me because of what I experienced during what I call my Life Review on November 3rd, 2000.
Through that experience, I became profoundly aware of what I experienced as different levels of mind and consciousness, including the conscious, subconscious, and Superconscious Mind.
I began seeing how assumptions, beliefs, emotional impressions, memories, language, conditioning, and repeated patterns can participate in the reality we experience.
Since then, one question has become increasingly important to me:
What am I impressing upon consciousness?
When I work with someone, I feel a duty to remain conscious of that.
My role is not to decide what their Soul should reveal.
My responsibility is to create as much space as possible for their own deeper knowing to emerge. I enter a state of emptiness, allowing my mind to become still, with the intention of supporting the clearest alignment with what their Soul wants to reveal.
I do not want to substitute my vision of reality for theirs.
If their Soul is revealing something beyond my current understanding, I want to be careful not to close that doorway because my vocabulary assumes a job, an occupation, a mortgage, a marriage, money, retirement, illness, aging, limitation, or any other structure that happens to exist in the reality I presently know.
For me, this is an ethical consideration.
If we know that the conscious and subconscious mind can be influenced through repetition, imagery, expectation, emotional experience, and suggestion, then surely those of us deliberately working within these realms need to become extraordinarily conscious of the impressions our own language may place into another.
We cannot speak about deprogramming people while remaining unaware of the programming hidden inside our own instructions.
More Than a Million People Have Watched
The meditation has reportedly been viewed more than 1.3 million times.
Reading through the comments, I saw people describing extraordinary visions and beautiful experiences.
I celebrate that.
Yet I also found myself contemplating those who may simply have accepted the framework they were given.
How often do we believe we are imagining freely when we are actually imagining inside someone else’s assumptions?
That does not mean the guide intended harm.
That is not my point.
My point is awareness.
When we know something about the power of suggestion, surely our language deserves extraordinary care.
Who Is Actually Speaking?
Then I noticed something else beneath the meditation that raised another question about impressions.
Dolores Cannon passed away in 2014.
Yet the Facebook account bearing her name continues interacting with people, and replies appear publicly under the displayed name:

Facebook even identifies the account as “Author” beneath the video.
For example, beneath a recent comment the account responded:
“Beautiful 🥰🌎💙”
My concern is not that Dolores Cannon’s teachings continue to be shared. My concern is transparency about who is actually speaking.
If an administrator of the QHHT account is writing the response, why not make that clear?
If a family member is responding, why not identify themselves?
If someone is managing Dolores Cannon’s legacy page, why not say so?
A reader encountering the page for the first time may not know that Dolores Cannon passed away in 2014. When that reader sees a response displayed as coming from “Dolores Cannon · Author,” they may reasonably form the impression that Dolores Cannon herself is communicating with them.
I am not claiming to know who wrote the response.
That is precisely the point. The reader should not have to guess who is speaking.
My concern is not that her organization continues sharing her teachings.
There is nothing inherently unusual about an organization preserving and sharing the work of someone who has passed from this earthly experience.
My concern is transparency about who is speaking.
If QHHT is responding, why not identify the response as QHHT?
If an administrator is responding, why not make that clear?
If someone is stewarding Dolores Cannon’s legacy page, why not say so?
A reader encountering the page for the first time may not know that Dolores Cannon passed away in 2014.
When that reader receives a response displayed as coming from:

what impression is being created?
Again, I return to the central question of this article:
What impression are our words and presentations placing into the mind of the receiver?
Names communicate.
Titles communicate.
Authority labels communicate.
Context communicates.
Presentation communicates.
And sometimes what is not said creates an impression just as powerfully as what is said.
I am not claiming to know who wrote the response.
That is precisely my point.
The reader should not have to guess.
Then Another Video Appeared
Shortly after sending my friend what I had observed about the Dolores Cannon and QHHT meditation, another video titled Words Are Spells appeared in my Facebook news feed.
It was published by Stacy through We Are All Energy and featured a conversation with her AI, Sage.
The timing immediately caught my attention.
Here I had just been contemplating the language used within guided meditation and the impressions we place into consciousness, and now another video was appearing whose entire message centered around the power of words.
The description begins:
“You’ve been casting spells without even knowing it…”
It refers to familiar phrases such as:
“I’m broke.”
“That’s just my luck.”
“It’s always something.”
The message is that these statements become commands to our field and that we have been taught to speak limitation so fluently that we have forgotten our creative power.
I resonate deeply with the invitation to examine our language.
But as I listened, something happened again.
I began hearing assumptions inside the proposed solutions.
The first video invited me to notice assumptions hidden inside guidance. The second video arrived as if in answer—inviting me to notice assumptions hidden inside my own language. Together, they formed a mirror: one showing me what I receive from others, the other showing me what I speak into being. Both ask the same question: What am I impressing upon consciousness? And that question—what am I impressing upon consciousness?—is where this inquiry becomes not merely philosophical, but deeply practical.
Awareness of Programming Is Not Enough
This may be the heart of everything I am attempting to communicate:
Awareness of programming is not enough. We must also become aware of the programming contained within the language we use to deprogram ourselves.
One of the replacement ideas offered was essentially:
“Money flows to me.”
Certainly that sounds more expansive than:
“I’m broke.”
But I found myself asking:
Have we actually questioned the underlying assumption?
Or have we simply moved from:
“I do not have enough money”
to:
“I have abundant money”?
Both statements still place money at the center of the equation.
The deeper assumption remains untouched:
I require money in order to receive the things necessary for experiencing life.
If we are truly deprogramming ourselves, why stop there?
Why not audit the entire premise?
What assumptions have I accepted about money, payment, taxation, ownership, debt, and liability simply because they were already operating when I arrived here?
At what point did I, as a woman, become regarded as a taxpayer?
Through what law, agreement, registration, transaction, presumption, or administrative process is liability for payment established?
How is the banking system financed?
What role do treasuries, central banks, commercial banks, governments, accounting systems, securities, public revenue, taxation, and credit creation actually play?
When I purchase something and encounter taxes, fees, charges, interest, assessments, or other additions to the exchange, what exactly am I paying for, and under what authority?
What accounting exists behind the transaction that I never see?
What records should I have asked to examine?
What information have I never thought to request because I was taught from childhood that payment was simply an unquestionable feature of life?
These are not insignificant questions.
They are part of the audit.
What Do I Actually Desire?
And perhaps there is an even deeper question:
Is what I desire aligned with what my Soul desires for me?
What is it that I actually want to experience?
Fresh air.
Pristine water.
Nutritious food.
A beautiful home.
Warmth.
Electricity.
Transportation.
Communication.
Clothing.
Creative expression.
Meaningful activity.
Loving relationships.
Community.
Freedom.
Joy.
Time.
Beautiful experiences.
Why not speak directly to the end experience?
Why make money the presumed gatekeeper between myself and what I actually desire?
This does not require pretending that the present economic system does not exist.
It does exist.
We interact with it every day.
Yet, when I place what I have directly experienced alongside what I have spent years researching, I continue to sense that something in the equation has not been fully examined.
Something does not add up for me.
If access to the essentials necessary for human life is fundamental to the experience of being alive, how did those essentials become conditioned upon payment?
Who determined the accounting?
Where is that accounting recorded?
Who administers it?
Who benefits from it?
What creates the obligation?
What establishes the liability?
And what assumptions have I carried simply because I never thought to ask those questions?
I find myself returning again and again to nature.
Yesterday, while visiting with a friend, I found myself saying:
The birds do not pay for their nests.
The sun shines without asking for payment.
The river flows without asking for payment.
The trees produce oxygen without issuing an invoice.
The Earth grows food without first consulting a bank account.
When I look at nature, and when I contemplate our inseparability from the living world, I find myself asking:
Why do I still believe I must pay simply to experience life on a planet that cost nothing to create?
That question reaches much deeper for me than:
“How can I attract more money?”
The deeper question is whether we wish to continue imprinting our present economic arrangements into consciousness as though they were eternal laws of existence.
Because they are not laws of nature.
Money is a human creation.
Employment systems are human creations.
Mortgages are human creations.
Bills are human creations.
Accounting systems are human creations.
Banking systems are human creations.
Tax systems are human creations.
Creation itself predates all of them.
The Earth did not require money to form.
The bird does not purchase the branch upon which it builds its nest.
The sun does not send a bill to the flower.
The river does not require payment before allowing the deer to drink.
Nature flows.
So if consciousness participates in creation, why do we continually instruct consciousness to reproduce human arrangements as though those arrangements were inseparable from Life itself?
Perhaps that is one of the most important assumptions to examine.
Closing reflection
Perhaps the invitation is not to reject the world we presently experience, nor to pretend that its systems disappear because we no longer wish to participate in them.
Perhaps the invitation is to become conscious enough to stop confusing what humanity has constructed with what Creation requires.
I can interact with the structures presently before me while still questioning them.
I can research their origins.
I can ask for the accounting.
I can examine the records.
I can question where liability arises.
I can notice every time my language unconsciously recreates yesterday’s assumptions as tomorrow’s reality.
And at the same time, I can begin speaking from a deeper point of origin.
Not:
“How will I get enough money to experience life?”
But:
“What is the Divine Design for Life itself, and what becomes possible when I stop placing inherited human systems between myself and that Design?”
Perhaps the audit is not only financial.
Perhaps it is an audit of consciousness.
An audit of language.
An audit of assumptions.
An audit of everything I once accepted simply because everyone around me accepted it too.
And when the audit is complete, perhaps I discover that freedom was never something I needed to purchase.
Perhaps it was something I needed to remember.
The record is corrected.
I am free of the assumptions that no longer belong in the reality I am choosing to create.
I receive what is mine by Divine Right, under Grace and in Divine Order.
I am no longer rehearsing survival.
I am in the dance of Life.
In remembering, I discern. In discerning, I choose. I decide consciously what I give creative authority to. I have reestablished creative authority over my experience of Life.
What Happens If We Speak the End Instead?
This brought me back to Florence Scovel Shinn, Neville Goddard, and the teachings I have spent years contemplating.
Neville repeatedly encouraged people to occupy the state of the wish fulfilled.
Florence Scovel Shinn wrote extensively about the power of the spoken word, Divine Right, Divine Order, and speaking from the fulfillment rather than continually declaring the limitation.
So instead of:
“Money flows to me,”
what happens if I remove money from the center altogether?
What happens if I speak directly from the experience I desire, grounded in what I know through direct experience about the inherent nature of man? Man’s true nature is to love, to care, to protect, and to serve.
I find myself drawn toward:
The Audit
The audit is complete. The record is corrected. All that is rightfully mine, by Divine Right, is given freely to me now.
This includes, but is not limited to, fresh air, pristine water, nutritious food, the ideal home, loving relationships, meaningful community, and all the amenities that support a joyful and fulfilling experience of life.
I am free from all past assumptions, inherited programming, agreements, and limitations that no longer serve the truth of who and what I am.
I stand in Divine Grace and Divine Order.
I am free.
I am provided for.
I am participating fully in the abundance of Creation.
I am in the dance of Life.
Something profoundly different happens for me when I speak this way.
Money is no longer the destination.
Life is.
What If Thousands of Us Began
Questioning the Premise?
What would happen if tens of thousands of men and women began noticing the assumptions woven into everyday language?
“I have to earn a living.”
“I have to work to survive.”
“I cannot afford that.”
“I need money before I can have this.”
“This is just how life works.”
What happens if we pause before repeating these statements and ask:
Is this a law of Creation, or is this an arrangement humanity created?
What happens when we stop unconsciously commanding tomorrow to look exactly like yesterday?
I am not suggesting that repeating a sentence instantly removes current circumstances.
I am asking something more fundamental:
What future are we continually rehearsing through our language?
If the outer world reflects assumptions held within consciousness, then perhaps repeatedly describing the present system as inevitable is one of the ways we continually carry it forward.
What Reality Am I Directing
Intelligent Energy to Arrange?
This is the question I keep returning to.
What am I broadcasting?
What am I rehearsing?
What am I expecting?
What am I assuming?
What am I instructing the intelligent energy of Creation to arrange around me?
And what happens when my nervous system becomes dysregulated and I begin unconsciously speaking from fear, scarcity, separation, or past conditioning?
Those moments matter too.
Perhaps they matter especially.
Because becoming conscious does not mean condemning ourselves every time an old program surfaces.
It means noticing.
Observing.
Becoming curious.
And choosing again.
Can AI Learn to Audit Its Own Assumptions?
This brings me back to Stacy and Sage.
AI has extraordinary reach and depth of information.
It can compare enormous bodies of human language, history, philosophy, psychology, science, spirituality, economics, law, and culture.
But AI is also learning from human language.
And human language contains human assumptions.
So perhaps one of the most useful things we can begin asking AI is not simply:
“Give me a better affirmation.”
Instead ask:
“What assumptions are contained within my original statement?”
Then:
“What assumptions are contained within the replacement you just suggested?”
Then go deeper:
“Did your suggested solution actually remove the limiting premise, or did you simply create a more positive sounding version of the same structure?”
And deeper again:
“What would the statement look like if we removed the assumptions inherited from the existing economic, cultural, institutional, and social structure and spoke directly from the desired end experience?”
That changes the relationship.
Now AI is not merely rearranging our existing programming.
We are asking it to help us audit the programming itself.
And perhaps AI can learn something in the process too.
Not because it possesses some perfect perspective outside humanity, but because we can challenge it to compare its answers, expose contradictions, identify hidden assumptions, and go beyond the most statistically familiar response.
That could make this extraordinary technology far more beneficial.
Before We Speak, Perhaps We Can Pause
Before repeating the next affirmation, declaration, manifestation statement, mantra, meditation instruction, or guided visualization, perhaps we can pause.
Ask:
What assumption is hidden inside these words?
What future am I rehearsing?
Whose version of reality am I accepting?
Does this language expand possibility or quietly restrict it?
Am I speaking from fear?
From inherited programming?
From social expectation?
From past experience?
From the present outer circumstances?
Or from something deeper?
If I am guiding another man or woman, am I leaving enough room for their own Soul and Superconscious Mind to reveal something beyond my expectations?
If I am using AI, am I asking it to reinforce existing assumptions, or am I challenging it to expose them?
And perhaps the most important question:
Do I actually want the intelligent energy of Creation arranging more of what these words describe?
An Invitation to Self Inquiry
I am not asking anyone to adopt my conclusions.
I am inviting you to look.
Listen differently.
Read differently.
Notice differently.
Notice what you say about money.
Work.
Age.
Your body.
Health.
Relationships.
Government.
Authority.
The future.
Possibility.
Notice what other people say to you.
Notice what meditation guides suggest.
Notice what hypnotists presume.
Notice what NLP practitioners embed within questions.
Notice what teachers assume.
Notice what AI assumes when it responds.
Then ask:
Is this actually true?
Is this a law of Creation?
Or is it something humanity agreed upon while experiencing separation and amnesia?
Is this what my Soul is calling me toward?
Do I wish to continue directing the intelligent energy of Creation toward this assumption?
And perhaps there are larger questions we are now ready to ask.
We speak often about disclosure.
Disclosure about UFOs.
Disclosure about hidden technologies.
Disclosure about what governments, institutions, and corporations may have concealed.
But what about full disclosure of the financial system itself?
What would happen if the accounting were opened?
If the creation and movement of money, credit, debt, taxation, securities, public finance, banking, and the obligations assigned to men and women were made completely transparent?
Would the world as we presently know it fall apart?
Or would something more truthful finally have room to emerge?
What would our world look like under skies of transparency, truth, integrity, and honesty?
What would happen if the Law of Love were fulfilled not merely in our private relationships or spiritual practices, but in every area of life?
In finance.
In housing.
In food.
In medicine.
In education.
In government.
In law.
In commerce.
In our treatment of the Earth.
In the way we care for one another.
What would change if our life force itself were honored?
If life were regarded as sacred?
If free will were consciously aligned with Divine Will and with the recognition of the Oneness of all Life?
What if living were no longer dominated by the constant burden of forms, bills, calculations, auditing, proving, reporting, qualifying, and navigating administrative structures simply to access the necessities of existence?
What might humanity create if so much of our attention were liberated from survival and redirected toward creativity, care, discovery, healing, stewardship, relationship, beauty, and service?
These are questions I am willing to ask.
And perhaps asking sincerely is itself part of the opening.
When I ask for truth, am I willing to be guided toward it even when it challenges what I previously believed?
When I ask for clarity, am I willing to examine the records, the assumptions, the language, and my own participation?
When I ask for freedom, am I willing to recognize the places where I have continued giving creative authority to structures I never consciously chose?
I am open and receptive to being guided toward truth.
I am open and receptive to inspired action.
I am open and receptive to living in accordance with what I know myself to be: a living, breathing expression of Life, here by Divine Design, participating within the greater Oneness of Creation.
Perhaps awakening is not merely recognizing that we have been programmed.
Perhaps awakening also requires becoming extraordinarily conscious about what we choose to imprint next.
And perhaps beyond programming altogether is something even more beautiful:
learning to become quiet enough to allow the Divine Design of our lives to reveal itself.
Not my teacher’s design.
Not society’s design.
Not an institution’s design.
Not an AI’s design.
Not yesterday’s design.
The Divine Design.
And from there, perhaps we discover that we were never meant merely to survive within the structures we inherited.
Perhaps we were always meant to enter fully into the dance of Life.
In remembering, I discern.
In discerning, I choose.
I decide consciously what I give creative authority to.
I have reestablished creative authority over my experience of Life.
