Releasing the story, reclaiming the energy held within it, and restoring every aspect of Self to coherence with the intelligence of the heart. If you are willing to receive its invitation and apply its insights, this article has the potential to change your life.

Jana is an extraordinary singer and songwriter. She carries what I experience as the frequencies and essence of the dolphins within the words she speaks and the tones carried upon her voice.

“I had the most incredible experience with a BEAUTIFUL being who held space and allowed me to integrate more of my remembering of my authentic light and self.”

Jana’s complete testimonial appears at the conclusion of this article.

The Essence of the Dolphin

Newborn dolphins are nurtured and protected by their mothers, often with the assistance of other female dolphins within the pod. This shared care reflects cooperation, protection, community, and the recognition that new life is supported by the whole.

Dolphin energy is often associated with joy, playfulness, emotional restoration, and the remembrance of our inner child. Dolphins invite us to retain a sense of wonder and to move through life with curiosity, openness, and delight.

Their way of caring for their young also reminds us that tenderness and restoration do not always need to occur in isolation. We may be strengthened by loving presence, wise companionship, and a community willing to surround the vulnerable aspects of us while they regain trust, confidence, and freedom.

They also symbolize balance, coherence, intuitive awareness, and clear communication. Their graceful movement through water reminds us that we can navigate powerful emotional currents without losing our centre.

To me, the dolphin carries an intelligence that is both gentle and strong. It invites us to listen beyond words, trust what we perceive within the heart, and communicate through presence, tone, vibration, and feeling.

This is part of what I experience when I listen to Jana’s voice and music. Her words do more than convey a message. They carry a frequency that reaches beneath the intellectual mind, awakens remembrance, and invites the spirit to rise into greater joy, freedom, and coherence.

Every song of hers that I have listened to has reached deeply into my soul. Her music has brought forward the wisdom of my own soul, uplifted my spirit, and subsequently awakened a greater sense of vitality throughout the cells of my physical vessel.

During our Freedom Dove Frequency Session, a familiar pattern arose, one I have witnessed repeatedly throughout the many years I have been offering frequency work.

At times, aspects of ourselves may become dissociated and held within fear, grief, remorse, profound loss, or the sensory and emotional impressions of a painful or violent event. In those moments, we may abandon or distance ourselves from the expression of our true, authentic nature.

Through the meaning we assign to what occurred, the conclusions we form, and the story we continue to carry, we may move away from what I perceive as the soul’s perfect plan and the Divine Design of our lives.

The event may have passed, yet an aspect of consciousness may remain there.

The intellectual, carnal, and conditioned mind may continue rehearsing the story. The subconscious may retain the sensory impressions, conclusions, protective responses, and emotional frequencies that became associated with it.

In this way, we may unknowingly lock a portion of our own life force within the event.

The energy remains bound, not necessarily because the event is continuing, but because the story, meaning, identity, and emotional frequency assigned to it are still being carried within us.

Yet I know with absolute certainty that sin, in the sense of mistaken or misdirected thought, along with loss, sickness, disease, injury, and death, does not exist at the eternal core of who and what we are.

These conditions are not held within the perfection of Universal or Cosmic Mind, the Mind of God, or the heart of the Divine.

The eternal essence remains whole.

The light of the soul remains infallible and incorruptible, even when the embodied spirit appears diminished by fear, sorrow, remorse, profound loss, or the meaning assigned to a painful experience.

Beginning with the Torus Breath

We began the session with what I call the Torus Breath, or Oneness Breath Activation.

This breath was given to me gradually over a period of approximately four or five weeks many years ago. It did not arrive as a technique I intellectually constructed. It came forward in stages, as though the full pattern was being revealed only as I became ready to receive and embody each part.

The breath is designed to strengthen and enliven the energy field while bringing the whole being into resonance with the transformational and transcendent frequency of zero point and the living light field.

To me, zero point is the still centre before division, fear, judgment, or limitation. It is the womb of life, the field of infinite possibility, and the place of original coherence within Divine Intelligence.

The light field carries the living intelligence, formative pattern, and creative impulse of life. It may be experienced as the luminous masculine principle, the seed of life, while zero point may be experienced as the receptive womb of the Divine Mother.

Within the Torus Breath, these principles are not separate or opposed. They move together as complementary expressions of one Source.

The breath invites the Life Force to circulate through and around the body in a toroidal movement. Energy is received, drawn through the centre of the being, expanded through the heart field, and allowed to flow outward and return again.

This creates a continuous movement of receiving, integrating, radiating, and returning.

The body is invited to remember itself as a living centre within a greater field of intelligence.

The heart becomes the point of coherence.

The inner and outer fields begin to communicate.

The masculine and feminine principles are invited into balance.

The physical body, emotional body, subconscious, inner child, soul, and Higher Self are gently called into one unified movement.

The purpose is not to force energy or impose an experience upon the participant. It is to create an inner environment in which the nervous system may soften, the field may strengthen, and the deeper intelligence of the soul may be more easily perceived.

As the toroidal field becomes more coherent, the participant may begin to experience greater stillness, presence, safety, spaciousness, and awareness.

From this strengthened field, we can more gently approach the aspects that have remained held within fear, remorse, grief, profound loss, or former stories.

The Torus Breath prepares the field for remembrance.

It invites every aspect of Self to become filled with the light, grace, and intelligence of the Holy Spirit.

It establishes the frequency from which the rest of the session may unfold.

You could then transition directly into the next section with:

Within this field of strengthened presence and coherence, an aspect of Jana’s consciousness came forward that appeared to be held in deep remorse over the many losses she had experienced throughout her life.

A child’s light, before it is obscured by the introduction of fear, reflects one of the purest expressions of the soul. Although the spirit may appear diminished through painful or violent experiences, the light of the soul remains eternally whole.

We are not repairing a broken soul.

We are releasing what has concealed the light that was always there. None of us was ever broken, and perhaps what we require is not healing in the traditional sense, but the restoration of the spirit to remembrance, coherence, and alignment with its true nature.

As the inner program changes, the body may begin responding to a very different emotional and physiological environment.

I see a remarkable illustration of this possibility in the life of Anita Moorjani. In her TEDx talk, she describes living for many years with intense fear, self suppression, and a sense that she was not free to be her authentic self. She came to a new awareness during a profound near death experience while she was in a coma with advanced lymphoma and severe organ complications. She has described tumors throughout her lymphatic system, some as large as lemons.

According to Moorjani’s account, after she regained consciousness, her tumors decreased by approximately seventy percent within four days, and within about five weeks, testing found no remaining evidence of cancer. Her recovery was regarded as medically remarkable, although different explanations have been offered for what contributed to it.

Anita interpreted her experience as a profound release from fear and a return to self love, authenticity, and the truth of who she was. From her perspective, once her spirit was renewed and she no longer organized her life around fear, her body began reflecting that transformation.

Her story does not establish that fear alone causes cancer, nor that inner transformation will produce the same physical result for everyone. What it offers is an extraordinary personal account of the relationship she experienced between consciousness, emotional freedom, spiritual renewal, and the body.

She describes this journey beautifully in the eighteen minute TEDx talk shared below.

An Invitation to Lay Down the Burden

I am inviting you to expand beyond what you have been told about who and what you are.

Would you be willing to place the ideas, images, memories, meanings, diagnoses, and burdens of loss and disease at the feet of the Divine Presence within you?

Would you be willing to release the belief that what occurred in time has greater authority than the eternal intelligence at the core of your being?

In Matthew 11:28 and 29, Jesus says:

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart:
and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

Florence Scovel Shinn expresses a similar principle in The Game of Life and How to Play It:

“I cast this burden on the Christ within, and I go free.”

Florence also reminds us that fear is inverted faith.

Fear is faith directed toward an unwanted outcome. It gives attention, imagination, emotional energy, and expectation to the very condition we do not wish to experience.

When we repeatedly rehearse what we fear, the mind may continue producing inner pictures of the unwanted condition. The body and subconscious may then organize around those pictures as though the danger, loss, or painful event is still present.

Where trust and faith in Divine Love, Divine Intelligence, and Divine Order are consciously established, fear cannot continue occupying the same inner space.

The burden no longer needs to be carried by the intellectual mind, guarded by the body, repeated through the subconscious, or imprinted upon the nervous system.

To cast the burden upon the Christ within is not to deny that an event occurred. It is not to erase memory or pretend that a former experience was pleasant when it was not.

It is to release the belief that the event, diagnosis, memory, or circumstance has greater authority than the Divine Presence at the centre of our being.

It is to release the story, meaning, identity, judgment, and emotional frequency that became attached to the event.

It is a willingness to withdraw our faith from fear and place it once again in love, restoration, wholeness, Divine Order, and the fulfilment of good.

This is the invitation:

I cast this burden upon the Superconscious Mind, the Divine Presence and Intelligence within me. I withdraw my faith from fear, and I go free.

The Subconscious, Imagination, Karma, and Grace

The subconscious mind and the imagination are among our most powerful creative faculties.

The subconscious receives impressions through repetition, emotion, inner imagery, expectation, and lived experience. It then carries those impressions forward through our habits, reactions, perceptions, bodily responses, relationships, and affairs.

The subconscious does not always evaluate whether the directive it receives reflects the eternal truth of who and what we are. It responds to what has been repeatedly accepted, imagined, felt, and impressed upon it.

When its directives come primarily from the carnal, conditioned, and intellectual mind, the subconscious may continue carrying fear, limitation, judgment, former conclusions, and memories of profound loss. It may organize the body and our experience around instructions that were formed during moments when we could not yet perceive the greater truth.

In this way, we may unwittingly enter a repeating cycle of discontent.

The conditioned mind recalls the former story.

The imagination recreates the inner pictures associated with it.

The emotions give those pictures energy.

The subconscious receives the repeated impression and continues expressing the same program through our thoughts, reactions, bodily patterns, relationships, and affairs.

The outer experience may then appear to confirm the inner program, causing the conditioned mind to repeat the story once again.

This is how a temporary interpretation may become a recurring loop.

This may also be understood as the difference between karmic rebound and living under Grace.

When the subconscious continues receiving its directions from the carnal, conditioned, and intellectual mind, it may repeat the same assumptions, fears, judgments, emotional reactions, and expectations. The inner program gives rise to a corresponding response. That response reinforces the story, and the story produces another expression of the same frequency.

This is the cycle many describe as karma.

In this sense, karma is not punishment imposed by an external power. It is the natural return of an inner pattern that has not yet been brought into awareness, love, and transformation.

The same thought produces the same emotional frequency.

The same emotional frequency impresses the same expectation upon the subconscious.

The same expectation helps organize another experience through which the former belief appears to be confirmed.

The cycle continues until a new directive is given.

Yet the imagination was never intended to serve fear alone.

It is the inner faculty through which we may receive, behold, and embody a greater possibility. When imagination is directed by the Superconscious Mind rather than by former conditioning, it becomes a vessel through which the unlimited potential and infinite possibilities of Divine Intelligence may be impressed upon the subconscious.

The Superconscious Mind holds a perspective beyond the limitations of the intellectual mind. It remains aware of the Divine Design, the incorruptible light of the soul, and the intelligence of the Source of all life.

The same Life Force that formed the body continues flowing through the body and our affairs.

When we consciously invite the subconscious to receive its direction from the Superconscious Mind, the old program no longer needs to govern the present.

We may begin impressing new inner pictures of wholeness, freedom, vitality, love, abundance, perfect self expression, and Divine Order.

We are not forcing the subconscious to create something foreign to our nature.

We are restoring it to resonance with the deeper intelligence from which life itself arises.

This is where Grace enters.

Grace interrupts the repetition.

When the burden is cast upon the Superconscious Mind, the subconscious is no longer required to keep reproducing the old program. The former story is brought into the presence of Divine Intelligence, where a greater possibility may be received.

Under Grace, we are no longer governed by unconscious reaction alone.

We become receptive to the Law of One and the Law of Love.

The Law of One recognizes that all life arises from one Source and that no aspect of being is truly separate from the whole.

The Law of Love restores every frightened, grieving, remorseful, or conditioned aspect to unconditional acceptance. It does not condemn the part that lost its way. It brings that part home.

The cycle of discontent can then become a cycle of remembrance.

The Superconscious Mind reveals the possibility.

The imagination gives it form within.

Feeling gives it life.

The subconscious accepts the new impression.

The body and our affairs are invited to reflect a more coherent program.

This is the movement from karmic rebound into Grace.

It is the movement from reaction into conscious creation.

It is the movement from separation into oneness.

It is the movement from fear into love.

Under Grace, the former pattern does not need to be repeated in order to be resolved. It may be witnessed, released, and transformed through the intelligence of the heart.

The Law of Love becomes the governing principle.

The Law of One becomes the remembered truth.

The subconscious becomes a willing servant of the Divine Design rather than a recorder and repeater of the past.

The Event May Remain, but the
Story Can Dissolve

When the perspective of the Higher Self is brought forward, the event itself is not denied, erased, or made unreal.

The event may remain within memory and history.

What begins to dissolve is the story that became attached to it, the interpretation, judgment, expectation, identity, and emotional frequency that kept the experience active within us.

The intellectual, carnal, and conditioned mind no longer needs to rehearse the story.

The subconscious no longer needs to organize the body around a danger that is not occurring in the present moment.

The emotional charge may complete its movement and release.

The memory may remain, but it no longer carries the same frequency of fear or authority.

The energy once bound to the story becomes available again for vitality, creativity, love, presence, self expression, and the fuller embodiment of the soul. In my experience, as the story and its accompanying emotional frequency dissolve, the pain often lessens or disappears.

The Chariot with Uneven Wheels

An image came forward for me that may help explain the possible source of what we experience as inner pain or discomfort.

Imagine a radiant chariot created to carry a traveller along the road of life.

The chariot was designed with several wheels. Each wheel represented an aspect of the traveller, the inner child, the intellectual mind, the conditioned mind, the subconscious, the emotional body, the physical body, the ancestral field, the soul, and the Higher Self.

At the centre of the chariot was a living flame, the incorruptible light of the soul.

When every wheel was properly filled, balanced, and aligned with the central flame, the chariot moved easily.

There was no dragging, grinding, or strain.

The traveller did not need to force the journey. The wheels turned together as one coherent movement.

Then, along the road, the traveller encountered events that were frightening, painful, violent, or difficult to comprehend.

The events passed, but some of the wheels retained the impressions of what had occurred.

One wheel carried remorse.

Another carried grief.

Another held fear.

Another repeated the judgment:

“This should never have happened.”

Still another accepted the conclusion:

“Something has been taken from me, and I will never be whole again.”

The traveller continued moving, but the wheels were no longer equally filled or aligned.

One pulled to the right.

Another resisted the direction of travel.

Some turned more slowly, while others pressed and ground against one another.

The road itself had not become the source of the grinding.

The friction arose because the wheels were no longer moving in coherence with the original design of the chariot.

The traveller felt the strain and began to believe that discomfort, misery, loss, and limitation were simply inevitable parts of the journey.

Yet the flame at the centre remained untouched.

It had never become diminished, diseased, corrupted, or separated from its source.

One day, the traveller became still enough to hear the voice of the Higher Self:

“Do not condemn the wheels.
Do not deny the road you have travelled.
Bring each wheel back to the centre.”

The traveller began listening to each aspect with love.

The frightened child was no longer abandoned.

The grieving aspect was allowed to speak.

The remorseful aspect was shown that the event did not define its eternal nature.

The conditioned mind was invited to release the conclusions it had formed when it could not yet perceive the whole.

The subconscious was gently informed that the event was no longer occurring and that it did not need to continue recreating the same protective response.

As each aspect was brought into the light of the central flame, the old stories began to loosen.

The events remained part of the traveller’s history, but the meanings, judgments, and emotional frequencies attached to them no longer governed the movement of the chariot.

The traveller then heard the Higher Self say:

“Lift the heavy energies, and the wheels will once again be filled with the light, grace, and intelligence of the Holy Spirit. Balance will be restored, and the whole chariot will return to resonance with the living light and sacred fire at its centre.”

The wheels were not erased.

They were restored, replenished, and brought back into alignment.

As each wheel became filled with the breath, light, grace, and intelligence of Spirit, the grinding ceased.

The chariot no longer pulled against itself.

What had been experienced as pain was revealed to be the friction of misalignment, the resistance created when thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and embodied patterns moved out of resonance with the truth held by the soul.

The traveller did not need to manufacture wholeness.

Wholeness had always existed at the centre.

The work was simply to lift what had become heavy, allow each aspect to receive the light again, and bring every part of the being home to the sacred fire within.

The Friction of Inner Misalignment

The image of the chariot came forward after I had an experience with my own vehicle.

After I began driving, I noticed that the car was pulling strongly to the right. I sensed that I might have a flat tire, so I pulled off the road to check. I then discovered that two of the tires were flat. Thankfully, I had a tire pump in the trunk.

As I considered what had happened, I recognized a meaningful parallel.

When the tires of a vehicle do not contain the same amount of air, or when the wheels and steering components are out of alignment, the vehicle may wobble, drag, or pull to one side. The driver must continually compensate for the imbalance.

Something similar may occur within our own field.

We contain many aspects of consciousness, the inner child, the intellectual and conditioned mind, the subconscious, the emotional body, the physical body, the ancestral field, the soul, and the Higher Self.

When these aspects are not moving in coherence, we may experience inner friction.

One aspect may remain held in fear.

Another may be attached to remorse.

Another may continue defending an identity formed around profound loss.

The conditioned mind may repeat a judgment or conclusion, while the Higher Self continues holding the knowledge of innocence, wholeness, unconditional love, and Divine Design. It is actually rather remarkable to think the higher self and source are holding space for us in every moment yet when there is too much friction or static in our field of experience we don’t feel it.

It may be similar to several discs turning together.

When the teeth or edges of the discs align, they move easily.

When they do not align, they grind against one another and create resistance, heat, and friction.

The resulting discomfort may arise when our thoughts, meanings, emotions, and actions move out of resonance with our True Self.

Judgment, condemnation, fear, and condescending thought forms do not reflect the unconditional intelligence that created us.

When they are repeatedly entertained, they may create resistance within the field because one part of us is moving according to the story while the soul remains aligned with truth and the frequency of grace and love.

When I have been fully aligned with my Higher Self, I have awakened and discovered that the pain was no longer present.

This brought forward the realization that where there is no resistance, there may be no grinding.

When the different aspects of Self return to one coherent movement, the inner friction may cease.

The Aspect Held in Remorse

During Jana’s session, we discovered an aspect of her consciousness that appeared to be held in deep remorse over the many losses she had experienced throughout her life.

Rather than asking this aspect to deny, suppress, or rise above what she felt, we invited her to receive comfort.

We first invited her to feel comfort, we held her in divine presence, not denying or making her sorrow wrong or that it needed fixing. We held her and and followed and surrounded her with compassionate love coming from outside the limited state in which this aspect had become enclosed.

We then gently guided her awareness inward.

She was invited to look beneath the sorrow and remember her core essence, the place of unconditional love, acceptance, innocence, and wholeness that remains present within her.

The event and the memories were not condemned or denied.

Instead, the meaning and emotional frequency attached to them were brought into the presence of a greater perspective.

The remorseful aspect was invited to remember that the story did not define the eternal truth of who and what she is.

Remembering Zero Point and the Womb of Life

During the session, we invoked the frequency of zero point, the stillness, silence, and original perfection within the womb of life and the womb of the Divine Mother.

To me, zero point represents the place before judgment, division, fear, or the assignment of limiting meaning.

It is the still centre from which creation arises.

It is the womb of infinite possibility.

We also called forward the frequency and intelligence of the living light field, the generative masculine principle and seed of life.

The womb and the seed were not approached as opposing forces. They were experienced as complementary expressions of one Divine Intelligence.

The feminine principle received, nourished, held, and brought life into form.

The masculine principle carried the light, seed, direction, and intelligence of creation.

Together they came into perfect symmetry, like the flowing relationship symbolized by yin and yang.

The masculine and feminine within Jana’s whole being were invited to return to balance and coherence.

Within that field of remembrance, Jana lifted herself out of the misery in which the aspect had been held.

She remembered the truth of who and what she is.

The dissociated aspect was no longer treated as something broken, unwanted, or separate.

She was witnessed.

She was comforted.

She was received in unconditional love.

She was integrated back into the wholeness of Self. The events remained within memory, but the story formed while this aspect was in the throes of fear and had forgotten her true Self, together with the accompanying frequencies of loss and remorse, dissolved “into their native nothingness.”

No longer held within the former story, this aspect was free to return to resonance with the original template, the Divine Design.

The formerly dissociated aspect was welcomed home.

Masculine and Feminine in Perfect Symmetry

During the session, the symbol of yin and yang flashed before my mind’s eye. I felt this was significant because I had already been contemplating how the symbol is often interpreted through the illusion of separation. I therefore felt inspired to share the epiphanies and insights that came forward.

When I later looked up the symbol, I read an explanation provided by Copilot. Although the explanation was not entirely incorrect, I noticed how the repeated use of words such as opposites and duality, along with the subtle implication of polarity as tension, may reinforce the illusion of separation when our perception is not anchored in the unified field and the perspective of the Higher Self or soul.

Experiencing the Unified Field

I have witnessed many people describe experiences of oneness while outside the body. For me, however, the deeper purpose of having experienced this phenomenon has been to embody that awareness while fully present within the body.

At times, this has meant experiencing life through the consciousness of what I am observing. At other times, it has meant entering the presence of water and becoming aware through the consciousness of water itself.

I perceive many fields of consciousness existing within one unified field. When the perception of separation dissolves, awareness is no longer confined to a single point of view. It may move into resonance with another field and experience life from within it.

I first experienced this during an out of body experience at nine years old. I remember saying:

“I don’t want to look through one window. I want to look through all the windows. I want to see as God sees.”

In that moment, I was pulled out of my body.

As I moved closer to the Earth and observed different scenarios unfolding, my consciousness merged with the consciousness of those I was witnessing. I knew what they knew and, more importantly, I felt what they felt.

I was not merely observing their experiences from a distance. I was perceiving life from within their fields of awareness.

Many years later, I experienced the expansion of my conscious awareness into the Unified Mind. This was an entirely different experience.

For the duration of that state, I moved through the world with a depth of presence beyond anything I had previously known. Whatever I looked upon, I seemed to feel its essence.

I was not simply looking at a tree, for example. I was experiencing the tree from within its essence, perceiving it from every angle and through multiple dimensions of its expression.

During that time, I walked through life in a state of utter awe. Everything appeared alive with intelligence, presence, and meaning. The experience gave me an entirely new perspective upon life.

When I returned to my ordinary state of awareness, I found it very difficult to relate to people for a time. I had experienced reality from such an expansive field of consciousness that ordinary conversation, and the limitations through which people commonly perceived themselves and the world, felt profoundly different from what I had just known.

Perhaps this is why Anita Moorjani’s description of her near death experience resonated with me so deeply. Although our experiences were not identical, I recognized something familiar in the expanded awareness she described, the direct knowing of life beyond separation, and the difficulty of returning to a world still largely interpreted through the limitations of ordinary consciousness.

Her account touched something within me because I could relate to it through the living memory of my own direct experience.

Experiences such as these have shown me that oneness is not merely an idea. It is a state of awareness in which apparent differences are perceived within one living, unified field. This is why the way we think and speak about masculine and feminine matters so deeply.

As long as we continue creating disdain for one while elevating the other, or making one right and the other wrong, we reinforce the illusion of separation within ourselves and within our outer relationships. From that divided state, it becomes difficult to embody unity and experience the oneness of life.

The deeper issue, as I perceive it, is this:

Male and female are not enemies, rivals, or opposing forces.

They are complementary expressions of one Life, one Source, and one living Essence.

They may appear as distinct qualities, currents, or modes of expression, yet they are not divided in truth. They are differentiated within creation so that Source may experience itself, commune with itself, and bring forth new life through the meeting of its own living aspects.

The language we repeatedly accept matters because language creates inner pictures. When masculine and feminine are continually described as oppositional forces, that picture may become impressed upon the subconscious and carried forward into our perceptions, expectations, relationships, and embodied experience.

People may accept the language of opposition so completely that it becomes the inner picture through which they experience reality.

When the subconscious repeatedly receives the idea that masculine and feminine are inherently opposed, we may unconsciously reproduce conflict, competition, domination, imbalance, and misunderstanding within ourselves and within our outer relationships.

A more coherent understanding comes forward when we move beyond the language of opposition:

Not opposition, but complementarity.
Not separation, but symmetry.
Not conflict, but coherence.
Not dualistic tension, but union through the centre point.
Not the domination of one over the other, but balanced expression from the unified field under Grace.

The masculine and feminine are not incomplete fragments struggling against one another. They are living expressions of the same Source, each carrying qualities that support, strengthen, and give fuller expression to the other.

When these principles are brought into balance within us, they begin moving in perfect symmetry through the still centre. The receptive womb and the generative light, the field and the seed, the inward and the outward movement become part of one coherent creative process.

From this centre point, the masculine and feminine no longer operate from inherited conflict, competition, or distortion. They operate from the unified field under Grace.

I believe it is imperative in the creative process for each of us to fully comprehend these aspects, for they live within us.

The image below represents this understanding for me: the masculine and feminine balanced within, expressing through the centre point in perfect symmetry. From this inner coherence, sacred union may then be reflected within our outer reality, giving rise to new life, new creation, and a fuller expression of the Divine Design.

Prior to Creation: Awareness, Not Chaos

From what I have experienced directly, the presumption that the original field was chaotic is fundamentally inaccurate. As described above, prior to differentiation there is not disorder, but a still, self aware field of living and organizing Intelligence.

Prior to creation, there is awareness.

There is not chaotic energy in the sense of disorder, confusion, or disruption. There is the still, self aware field: living intelligence before differentiation, form, movement, or manifestation.

I recognize that the word chaos may sometimes be used to describe what is formless, undifferentiated, or not yet divided into recognizable expressions. Yet the modern meaning of chaos easily creates the wrong inner picture, and that is not what I have experienced within the void. This is why the words we use matters.

The void is not disorganized energy waiting for order to be imposed upon it.

The void is already intelligent.

It is the receptive womb of life, carrying an organizing intelligence beyond what the conditioned intellect can fully comprehend. It is silent, yet fully aware. It is still, yet infinitely creative. It contains no conflict within itself because nothing has yet been divided or placed into opposition.

The disorder we experience does not originate within Source. It arises when the carnal, conditioned, and intellectual mind loses awareness of the unified field and begins dividing reality into competing sides, opposing powers, superior and inferior principles, or light battling darkness.

Chaos, in this sense, is not the original condition of creation. It is an experience born of the conditioned mind moving out of resonance with the organizing intelligence of Source.

Source is an organized intelligence beyond what the conditioned mind can perceive, yet when the mind becomes still, it may be directly experienced.

Creation did not arise from confusion.

Creation arose from awareness.

Movement arose from stillness.

Form arose within the receptive womb of life.

The masculine and feminine arose as complementary expressions of one perfectly organized and self aware Source.

The Void Is Not the Frequency of Fear

The void, as I experience and perceive it, is not a threatening darkness, an absence of life, or a field of disorder. It is the still, receptive womb of life. It is the silent centre before form, judgment, division, or directed movement. It carries an organizing intelligence and the infinite potential from which creation may arise.

The void is not one side fighting against another. It is the receptive dimension of the unified field, the still centre from which both the receptive and generative movements of life emerge.

Fear carries a very different quality.

Fear is a response to a perceived threat. In its immediate form, it mobilizes the body for protection through increased alertness and physiological activation. This response may be valuable when danger is actually present.

However, when fear is repeatedly rehearsed or sustained after the danger has passed, the body may remain organized around alarm.

The stillness of the void and the activation of fear are therefore profoundly different inner environments.

The void invites surrender, receptivity, spaciousness, gestation, and the emergence of new possibility.

Fear contracts awareness around an anticipated danger and prepares the body to resist, flee, freeze, or protect itself.

One is the fertile silence from which life may organize itself.

The other is a protective response arising when the mind and body perceive that life is under threat.

When these two experiences are confused, the receptive feminine principle may become wrongly associated with fear, evil, passivity, death, or powerlessness. Darkness may then be treated as something that must be conquered by light, and masculine and feminine are once again placed into an artificial battle.

Yet darkness does not necessarily mean the absence of Divine Intelligence.

The womb is dark.

The fertile Earth surrounding the seed is dark.

The space in which a child is formed is dark.

The silence before a word is spoken is not opposed to the word.

The stillness before movement is not the enemy of movement.

These are receptive environments through which the intelligence of life gathers, organizes, and prepares to express itself.

A more coherent interpretation might therefore be:

The dark field does not represent fear, evil, or the absence of light.
It represents depth, receptivity, rest, gestation, inward awareness, and the unseen potential of life.

The light field does not represent moral superiority or domination.
It represents illumination, movement, direction, expression, and the creative impulse becoming visible.

The Womb and the Seed of Life

The void is the feminine principle, the womb of life before form, division, movement, or manifestation. It is the receptive field of living awareness within which creation is conceived, held, nourished, and organized.

The light field is the masculine principle, the seed of life carrying infinite possibilities and unlimited potential into expression.

These are not opposing forces. They are complementary movements of one Source: the womb receiving and nurturing the seed, and the seed carrying the living intelligence, direction, and formative pattern through which creation comes forth.

The void is not empty. It is the self aware field, the dimension of awareness flowing through the body and our affairs, through every realm, dimension, and universe, and through all that is seen and unseen.

The light field does not exist outside the void. The seed arises within the womb, and together they participate in one unified movement of creation.

Neither is complete in expression without the other.

The receptive womb receives and nourishes the seed.

The generative light carries direction, creative information, and the formative pattern of life.

Together they participate in one movement of creation.

At the heart of this movement is the centre point: the sacred stillness, the zero point within the unified field from which these complementary principles arise and through which they remain expressions of the same Source.

This is why I do not perceive masculine and feminine as opposing forces seeking balance through tension. I perceive them as complementary movements of one living Essence, designed to operate in perfect symmetry under Grace.

The void is not fear.
The feminine is not darkness in the sense of evil.
The masculine is not light in the sense of superiority.
Stillness is not the enemy of movement.
Receptivity is not the absence of power.

The greatest limitation arises when we forget the Source from which we came forth into physical form. We are here as the eyes, ears, senses, and embodied awareness of Source, Mother and Father God expressing as one unified Life.

When we remember this, we no longer perceive ourselves as isolated beings attempting to obtain power from something outside us. We recognize that the creative intelligence of Source is already flowing through us and expressing as us, awaiting our conscious direction, receptivity, and willingness to embody the infinite possibilities held within the Divine Design.

When these meanings are restored, the yin and yang symbol no longer depicts two forces struggling against one another. It may instead remind us of one Life breathing inward and outward, receiving and expressing, resting and moving, forming and revealing itself through complementary currents of the same Divine Intelligence.

Sealing and Anchoring the Experience

At the conclusion of the clearing, I invited Jana to check inwardly to determine whether the process felt complete.

I asked her to bring the tip of her ring finger and thumb together.

This position is commonly known as Prithvi Mudra, or the earth gesture. Within traditional elemental symbolism, the ring finger is associated with earth and the thumb with fire.

Within this session, I used the gesture as a personal seal of grounding, completion, and embodied presence.

I then invited her to tap her middle finger and thumb together three times and gently hold them together while speaking and thinking:

Anchored in.

The middle finger and thumb position is often called Shuni Mudra, although some teachings refer to a similar gesture as Akasha Mudra.

It is associated within various traditions with qualities such as patience, discernment, focus, spaciousness, and steady awareness.

The tapping and holding sequence used during our session was not intended as a claim that this exact method belongs to a single ancient tradition.

It served as an intentional physical anchor, a simple bodily gesture paired with thought, feeling, repetition, and spoken direction.

Through this process, the body was invited to remember the newly established state.

The intention was to help anchor the experience within the autonomic nervous system and impress the frequency of wholeness upon the subconscious mind.

I then asked Jana to touch her tongue gently to the roof of her mouth three times.

This position is sometimes called Nabho Mudra and is related in some yogic traditions to practices involving the circulation and direction of subtle energy.

As she did this, I invited her to imagine that her body was functioning like an acupuncture needle within the energetic grid of the Earth.

She became an embodied point through which coherence, love, grace, and living intelligence could be offered into the greater field.

The Wave from the Heart

It was at this point that I encouraged Jana to release the newly remembered frequency outward from her heart.

As she did so, I felt what I can only describe as a wave of energy move through the field.

It was immediate and unmistakable within my own experience.

The wave appeared to radiate outward in every direction.

It did not feel forceful.

It felt like love moving freely from a heart that was no longer enclosing itself within the former burden.

This moment inspired the Love Bomb image and the other artwork shared throughout this article.

To me, a Love Bomb is not something directed against anyone or anything.

It is an intentional release of love, coherence, remembrance, goodwill, and Divine Grace into the field of life.

It is the heart becoming a radiant centre through which the remembered truth of the soul is allowed to move.

It is love offered without attachment, coercion, or demand.

It is the quiet recognition that what is restored within one heart may contribute a new frequency to the whole.

The Seed Does Not Struggle to Become the Flower

Another image that came forward was that of a seed.

Within the seed is already contained the intelligence and potential of the flower.

The flower does not need to invent its petals, colour, fragrance, or pattern.

It does not need to force itself to become what it was designed to be.

It requires an environment that allows what is already encoded within it to unfold.

Sunlight, water, fertile soil, space, and the intelligence of life work together to bring the hidden design into visible expression.

Perhaps we are much the same.

The seed of our Divine potential is already within us.

The intelligence necessary for the full expression of our authentic nature has not been lost.

Everything required to fulfil the fullness of who and what we are is already seeded within us.

Yet fear, judgment, conditioned beliefs, retained emotional frequencies, and attachment to former stories may create an inner environment in which that potential cannot express freely.

Our work is not to force ourselves to blossom.

It is to lovingly clear what obstructs the light, replenish what has been depleted, and create the inner conditions in which Divine Design may naturally unfold.

As every aspect becomes filled with the Holy Spirit and brought into resonance with the intelligence of the heart, the wobble decreases, the friction softens, and the whole being begins to move as one.

The flower then does what it was always created to do.

It blossoms.

Providing the Inner Environment for Fulfilment

Nature reveals that fulfilment does not always require force.

A flower does not strain to bloom.

It responds to the intelligence already present within it and to the environment surrounding it.

In the same way, we may create the conditions for our own fulfilment.

We may choose thoughts that align with love.

We may nourish the subconscious with inner pictures of wholeness.

We may release judgments that contradict unconditional love.

We may invite every aspect of Self to become filled with the light, grace, and intelligence of the Holy Spirit.

We may remember that there is no sickness, disease, death, or loss within Divine Mind.

This does not require us to deny what appears within human experience.

It invites us to deny that these conditions are the final or eternal truth of who and what we are.

We may call forth the clearing of every thought, belief, memory, emotional frequency, and attachment that does not resonate with the eternal truth held within the soul.

As the environment within us changes, the seed of our authentic nature is given room to express.

Observing the Wider Field

Following the session, I entered the time and time zone into several Schumann resonance monitoring websites to see whether any visible activity appeared to correspond with the period of our work.

The charts and observations are shared below for readers who wish to examine them.

I do not present these charts as proof that one session caused a measurable change within the electromagnetic environment of the Earth.

They are shared as observations of timing and possible correspondence.

What they mean, if anything, remains open to further exploration.

What I can speak to directly is what occurred within the session.

An aspect held in remorse was lovingly witnessed.

A burden was released.

Faith was withdrawn from fear.

The participant remembered the unconditional love and incorruptible light at the core of her being.

The meanings and emotional frequencies attached to former events were brought into the perspective of the Higher Self.

The feminine and masculine principles within her were invited into greater symmetry and coherence.

The formerly dissociated aspect was welcomed home.

The experience was sealed and anchored through intention, touch, repetition, and embodied awareness.

The body was invited to become a point of coherence within the living field of the Earth.

From that restored state, a wave of love moved outward from the heart.

Remembering the Light That Was Never Lost

The event may remain within memory.

The history does not need to be erased.

What may be released is the story that continued giving the event authority over the present.

When the conditioned mind, subconscious, emotional body, inner child, and physical body are brought into the perspective of the Higher Self, the former story may lose its power to generate the same emotional frequency.

The energy that was locked within fear, remorse, grief, or profound loss may then become available again.

It may return as vitality.

It may return as creativity.

It may return as love.

It may return as voice, song, movement, presence, and embodied expression.

The soul was never broken.

The light was never corrupted.

The sacred fire at the centre remained alive.

Perhaps this is how new timelines begin.

Not through force or resistance, but through one embodied being remembering the truth, releasing the story and emotional frequency attached to the past, reclaiming the energy once held there, and allowing love to move freely once again.

Jana’s Experience in Her Own Words

Not through force or resistance, but through one embodied being remembering the truth, releasing the story and emotional frequency attached to the past, reclaiming the energy once held there, and allowing love to move freely once again.

As I was writing this article, Jana sent me several reflections about what she continued to notice following the session. Her words offer a direct account of the physical, emotional, and inner changes she experienced.

Reflections Following the Session

Jana shared:

“Btw, my cramps haven’t come back! I have always had debilitating cramps. Even been hospitalized because of them. Now I feel so balanced”

She went on to say:

“Oh and I’m also able to observe others emotions and feel them without being effected by them or absorbing them. I typically cry when I feel others pain and emotions. Then I carry it around as if it were my own. Earlier, we watched a show about a murder and the families of the victims were expressing their grief and I started to tear up then my higher self was like ‘that is no longer what we do’ and I immediately stopped absorbing!
That is PROFOUND for me
Even now, I am still reeling from the softening I experienced. I have a sense of empowerment that I have never felt before.”

Later that day, Jana shared the following testimonial:

Jana’s Testimonial

I had the most incredible experience with a BEAUTIFUL being who held space and allowed me to integrate more of my remembering of my authentic light and self.

Now, before I go on I want it to be known that I have chosen to experience a blind mind’s eye in this life. Humanity has labeled it Aphantasia. I don’t pull up mental imagery like most of you do. So I have never been hypnotized or able to do traditional meditation. It’s one of the many limitations I get to experience while here as Jana.

That being said, I wasn’t sure what this session journey would bring. I just trusted that the pull I was feeling was for my highest and bestest good. Because, let’s face it, spirit NEVER steers us wrong!

The moment it started, I immediately FELT everything that needed to happen. There was no long induction nor did I have to make myself focus. I have found that those activities bring up resistance from my human mind and my wall immediately goes up. My higher self simply said ‘sit back darling one, I’ve got this’. Off we went. With the help of my lovely facilitator, I was able to integrate and hold space for a version of me from another life that was deeply wounded. The process made me SUPER emotional but when she said ‘you can observe and not be affected’, I immediately became the observer. I went from bawling my eyes out to holding that version of me in grace and compassion. I could feel everything. It was amazing and beautiful.

Near the end of the session, I was housing a LOT of my true energy and it needed to be released. We did just that. I let out a burst of energy so massive that I could feel the entirety of existence light up and take a sigh of relief. It was beyond what human words can describe.

My body immediately softened. My system had been regulated. The part of me that wasn’t heard or held through all of her trauma was led back into herself for remembering. She opened and integrated the wounds and allowed space for the light to fill the spaces where she felt empty and disconnected.

I am a certified BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) practitioner and never before could I have imagined that the process could be so seamless and fulfilling. Especially for me. I no longer doubt my ability to open myself up to my full potential.

I am in such a deep state of gratitude for the experience and the amazing gift of my beautiful soul sister. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me. In peace and in joy -Jana

Permission to Share

After reading everything Jana shared with me, I felt that her experience could offer valuable insight to others who may be moving through something similar. I asked whether she would be comfortable with me making her words public.

She replied:

“Of course. Anything I send to you is open to be used 🥰”

I am deeply grateful for her willingness to share her experience so openly. I know her words will touch the hearts of many who read them.

Schumann Resonance Activity During the Freedom Dove Frequency Session

The Freedom Dove Frequency Session took place on July 21, 2026, from approximately:

3:00 to 4:10 p.m. in the participant’s Mountain time zone

This corresponded to:

2:00 to 3:10 p.m. Pacific time in Summerland, British Columbia

The participant originally recorded her time zone as MST. However, because she was near Montana and confirmed that she was one hour ahead of me in Summerland, the applicable time zone was most likely Mountain Daylight Time.

A particularly important moment occurred when Jana realized that I had facilitated the releasing of the heart energy at exactly::

15:51 p.m. MDT

This was the precise time when the participant intentionally released the energy of the session outward through her heart field.

That moment corresponds to:

2:51 p.m. Pacific time in Summerland
21:51 UTC
4:51 a.m. on July 22 on the Tomsk chart

The Schumann resonance chart included below documents the recorded activity throughout the session period. The full chart window to examine is approximately 4:00 to 5:10 a.m. on the Tomsk time axis, with particular attention given to 4:51 a.m., corresponding to the participant’s intentional heart field release.

Any activity observed around these times is being presented as a documented correspondence for further exploration. The chart alone cannot establish that the Freedom Dove Frequency Session or the participant’s intentional release caused a change in Schumann resonance activity.

Tomsk Observatory Schumann resonance spectrogram corresponding with the Freedom Dove Frequency Session conducted on July 21, 2026, from approximately 2:00 to 3:10 p.m. PDT. The participant intentionally released the session energy through her heart field at 2:51 p.m. PDT, equivalent to 3:51 p.m. MDT and 4:51 a.m. on the Tomsk station’s July 22 time axis. Brighter colours indicate stronger measured signal intensity. Any temporal correspondence is presented for observation and further exploration and does not, by itself, establish causation.

This beautiful message was sent to me by my dear friend Pavo earlier today I recognized that a new day had begun within me. It felt like a gentle affirmation of the unconditional love, unwavering presence, and heart centred support that have accompanied this unfolding journey.

Pavo later reflected upon an experience we shared in 2017, when he received what he recognized as a message from the One Source through me. He described it as an event that changed his life and allowed him to know that Source is real. To me, it was a beautiful moment of meeting the Eternal Self and recognizing that, at the deepest level, we were meeting ourselves through one another.

His presence, wisdom, and friendship have also been profound gifts in my life and in the world. 🌊🕊️💙💜💛✨

“It’s such a thrill for me to be here, and I’m so happy to see all of you. You know, one of the biggest reasons that I’m happy to be here is because I shouldn’t be alive today. I should have died on February 2, 2006.”
