On June 23, 2026, Derrick Gonzalez went live on Facebook to discuss what he describes as First Amendment violations, questions surrounding citizenship, the 14th Amendment, court procedure, and the alleged use of statutory authority against living men and women. I am preserving this transcript as part of an ongoing effort to study, question, and document perspectives that challenge the assumptions many of us have been taught about government, courts, citizenship, and lawful authority. I only have a brief moment this morning, but I wanted to share with you what my mentor had sent me back in 2022 when I was studying other things — a plethora of court cases.

He said:

“Here’s yet another bit of insight. Give them books, and all they’ll do is tear the pages.

Tell you what, brother, in exchange for me going out of my way to quell, with undebatable proof, your concern regarding useful idiots regurgitating and proving by action the highest levels of stupidity imaginable, I request an honest best effort to post this official document, or screenshots of the relevant pages proving the quote by this poster to be the lie that it is, wherever and whenever possible.

The offer was put up to the poster, which was simply an offer, and rejected due to internally knowing the post was bullshit. He himself abandoned his duty of discernment to himself and others.

Think. One of your alleged public servants stated such a thing, as what the poster posed as a quote on the public record in a congressional hearing — a place where a professional association formed in 1774 is doing the business of hundreds of millions.

Seriously, the attorneys know how gullible or plain dumb people are.

By the way, you might actually learn something useful in addition to the above, such as to research whether or not the same Reconstruction Acts under martial law ever expired, or whether you can disprove the already impossible status of a U.S. citizen under the 14th Amendment with the information herein, along with the cited materials.

After all, they keep saying ‘born or naturalized’ in accordance with an amendment that was never passed, so the people flapping their gums that they are not U.S. citizens should prove it with their own laws.”

And what he was pointing out to me is the United States of America Congressional Record, Proceedings and Debates of the 90th Congress, First Session, Volume 113, Part 12, covering the dates of June 12, 1967, to June 20, 1967, pages 15,390 to 16,558.

It deals with the fact that the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified, so this whole U.S. citizenship theory does not even exist by law.

And why I’m pointing this out is, when you have a jury trial, they always say that all the jurors are, in fact, U.S. citizens. They all proclaim and swear in and say they’re U.S. citizens.

That is an impossibility. It is a fiction beyond fiction. It quite simply does not exist.

Later on today, I have some other things going on this morning, but later on today I’m going to do a video on how the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified, therefore there are no U.S. citizens.

Instead of just talking about it, I’m going to show you where it is. You can actually use this literature and this documentation, as it is admissible in court, to prove that it is an impossibility to even have a U.S. citizen.

I’m also going to use this documentation to show that they’re operating under the Law of Necessity, which is a maxim. It is a military doctrine. The Law of Necessity comes by way of force, by its just arms.

I’m also going to show you the documentation that you can utilize in a court to substantiate that as well.

Absent a victim, there is no crime. You need corpus delicti, mens rea, actus reus, malum in se, and malum prohibitum. Absent all those factors, absent all those elements, what you have is nothing more than mere extortion.

In order for them to state that their bylaws are applicable to you — which they can do at any time; they can state it all they want — the element of proof, the burden of proof, falls upon them.

One of the quickest ways to dispel that is simply to inquire: where is the I-9? Show me where I am gainfully employed and subject to the corporate bylaws and policies that you are attempting to enforce.

So what? Violated a statute. Who cares? Unless I am gainfully employed by you, your bylaws and your bullshit do not apply.

So, please, the I-9 is complicated. In the event that you do not want to provide it, there is a notice of liability, a notice to cease and desist, and this is how much it is going to cost you, because involuntary servitude and slavery are illegal in this country. Barratry is illegal in this country.

What they are doing is a simulated legal process in what would be a private star chamber venue — a private, for-profit corporation masquerading around as government to extort you of your precious value, time, commodity, and energy, all while negotiating negotiable instruments and barring you from the net profits, proceeds, futures, and annuities generated from what they are actually doing.

With that being said, I look forward to coming back to you later today. As I said, I have two other things going on that I need to finish up and some calls that I need to make.

We are going to bust through the hypocrisy of the 14th Amendment — or what would be the 14th Amendment. It was never properly ratified.

We are actually going to get deep down into the history of how it was that the military could take power and how they removed state senators in order to pass it.

Now, it is very intricate. When you get into the details of it, you start to realize that the 14th Amendment is nothing.

I think we are going to get into that later on today. I find the information in here to be extraordinarily useful and beneficial.

Of course, under Article IV, Section 1, the Full Faith and Credit Clause, invoking that full faith and credit and applying it to all 50 alleged states.

Earlier, I did a video this month on the state of versus the states — the federated states versus the confederated states.

This will be an addition to that, to help you guys center the mind.

We are also going to get back into the different types of citizenship. In the last video that I did, we talked about three different types of citizenship.

I wanted to dispel the U.S. citizenship, because the U.S. citizenship just simply does not exist. It is a belief.

That is why the First Amendment is so important to people.

What they are doing is a belief system. That is why I had a very prominent First Amendment defense attorney out of Washington, D.C., tell me:

“If you want to win your case in any matter, always make it a First Amendment issue.”

And he was right about that.

So long as there is not an aggrieved, injured party, make it a First Amendment issue — the right of freedom of religion — because that is exactly what your quote-unquote alleged government is doing. It is their religious belief.

That is why, when you make it a religious issue, they do not want to touch the issue, because they themselves are in their own occult, their own religious belief that they press upon people through the news media, so on and so forth.

So remember, absent an aggrieved party, the only thing that is happening is a systematic form of extortion, which could actually be attributed to legal barratry, false imprisonment, false arrest, as well as involuntary servitude, peonage, bondage, and slavery, ladies and gentlemen.

This is done through a false conveyance of language, omission of facts, failure to state material facts, or concealing material facts in order to ensnare you in an artificial scheme in which they unjustly enrich their principal to benefit themselves, their family, their peace, and their posterity, while they tell you to fuck off.
