The video below came across my Facebook feed and immediately drew my attention because Brandi Nicholle of the family Durham, the founder and voice behind AERA ARK, is articulating something many have felt but have not always had language for: the distinction between the living man or woman and the paper roles created within the legal system.

In this video, Brandi speaks with strong fire about what she calls “the legal line” — the boundary between living reality and the fictional world of records, titles, offices, roles, statutes, licenses, courts, and legal presumptions. Her central point is that legal systems operate through roles on paper, and that living men and women are often presumed into those roles without full knowing, clear consent, or proof of authority.

She challenges government actors, courts, officers, media outlets, and legal administrators to prove their standing. Not merely to make claims. Not merely to rely on titles, costumes, offices, scripts, or assumptions. But to show the actual authority by which one living being can lawfully command, compel, fine, punish, or override the free will of another.

Whether one agrees with every statement or not, the video raises important questions about presumption, consent, legal identity, jurisdiction, and the difference between a living being and a legal role. It also exposes the deep frustration many feel when people acting in a role within the systems make claims against people, while rarely being required to prove the foundation of those claims in plain language.

What follows is the transcript of the video, along with selected comments from the Facebook post, preserved for study, discernment, and deeper inquiry. The language is fiery and direct, but the question beneath it is one worth examining:

Where is the proof of authority over the living?

Who, or what, are these systems actually speaking to — the living man or woman, or the paper role they have presumed us to be?

All right, so I am doing this video. I was not planning on doing this video at all. I had no clue I would even be doing this video.

I had no clue that I would be having to use my life force to make points that are completely obvious, that should be first grade level, that I should be using my life force and my currency of my value and my time to do this so that the ones who say that they are running things, the ones who say they are more intelligent, the ones who say they are more capable, the ones who say that they are the ones that have the authority over the rest of us can get it through their thick skulls that they don’t have it. So at this point, I should be charging you, who this video is for, which is Australia’s government, I should be charging every one of you for my life force, my time, my currency in doing your job for you, because obviously you do not know the capacity and authority in which you have or do not have. So today I’m going to show you exactly what it is.

So if you have not been seeing our videos, for everybody who hasn’t, anybody who has, you know we’ve been talking about the legal line. You know we’ve been talking about what actually happens inside the legal line when someone is animating a role that was written for the legal system. Every country in the world is a franchise, every one of them has a legal system, and every one of them is operating outside of their own legalities, and apparently it seems like they don’t even know.

Now I try to give you the benefit of the doubt here. I try to say, you know what, there’s good agents out there that are just doing blah blah blah, doing their job, feeding their family. I try to give you that, but the reality is, when you try to give you that, you guys, the insanity here, there’s no words for it, the disconnection from reality, the abuse of fictitious power and authority is disgusting.

So here I am using my life force, and you might get a bill for it. I don’t know, haven’t determined that yet. I think this will be good enough.

A public humiliation is good enough at this point. So anyway, doing this story because of the fact that I got a message about a story that you guys put on the news. So this goes out to the Australian government, it goes out to the judge who was involved, it goes out to the officers who are involved, it goes out to the court that is involved, it goes out to the news stations that are involved that are all making claims and have nothing of actual substance, truth, fact, and validity to back up the claims that they are perpetuating.

And they’re broadcasting this all over, all over. You are harming someone else through a claim that you can’t prove. You’ll never be able to prove.

And I’m giving you the opportunity now, publicly, to prove your validity in everything that you are doing. So here in the United States, we have a Constitution. That Constitution, in reality, doesn’t mean shit when it comes to a living man.

It doesn’t mean anything to someone who has a body and a soul and a processor and eyes and ears and mouth and limbs and things they can do things with. It doesn’t mean anything because it is written for the roles and the paper and the legal line. It is not written for the man.

Neither are the rest of the legislature, the statutes, codes, and policies. The same thing goes in every other country. Your legal line is your paper kingdom and the only thing that exists inside that legal line are the roles that you perform so that you can process and satisfy performance and the papers.

That’s it. Everything outside of that is not in that legal line. That goes for the living man, that goes for his property, that goes for the land, the earth, the sea, the air.

It goes for everything else but the paper. None of that is yours. None of that is your legal jurisdiction.

None of you can animate what is inside that legal line without stepping outside of that legal line and being illegal in what you’re doing. So the moment that you step into the role of the judge, you’re illegally acting. The moment you step into the role of the court clerk, you’re illegally acting.

The moment that you step into the role of the officer, you’re illegally acting without the authority that you think you have because your legal system only gave the role the authority and the rest was left up to presumption. So basically, here is something on a silver platter that we’re going to give you, mankind, who thinks they’re so smart, and let you run away with it yourself. Let you harm yourself with it.

And that’s what’s happening here today on both sides. You’re looking like fools because you don’t even know where you stand while you try to assert an authority over your brothers and sisters that you’ve tried to turn into merchandise. They’re not your merchandise.

You have no ownership of anything. None. No authority.

You did not author the field of the physical dimension. You did not author what manifests through that field. You did not author a single body, not even your own.

You didn’t author the organs inside of your body. You didn’t author the processes happening inside your body. You didn’t author anything at all in any capacity in the physical dimension.

And if you did not author it, you have no authority over it. Period. Period.

You can source your authority. You do it every single day to use your free will to go in and abuse the field around you and yourself through ignorance. You use your own authority, sourced authority from your Creator that you should have gratitude to even get to use.

And you abuse yourself and others with it. So we’re going to look into the story today because it is time that mankind all over the world realizes where they stand on both sides of this legal line. No more ignorance in the field.

No more harming each other. Just know that what you do to cause harm, even in your own ignorance, is tallying up in an etheric ledger that gives you consequence and you cannot escape it. And now that I’m making you aware of it, it’s going to drain your life force faster.

So be ready for that. So the first thing we’re going to do is watch this bullshit story where you, the news station, need to answer for this. You need to answer for this because the rest of us can go out and make claims against you.

But you have made a claim. You have wrote a story. You have publicized that story in front of your entire country.

Country. Fictitious country. Imaginary lines that only exist in the legal line.

To perpetuate fear. To gain submission from your supposed citizens who are not citizens at all. So here we go.

Here is your bullshit story. Right. Before we even go past the sovereign citizen thing, you need to answer for this.

You need to prove this. Prove someone is a sovereign citizen. Jones is a known self-proclaimed sovereign citizen in the Riverina and did not make an appearance at court today.

She was convicted in her absence for two… First off, she doesn’t have to make an appearance in court. She doesn’t have to do anything that you say she needs to do because she would be acting illegally to do so, just like you are acting illegally by trying to force her to do something. You’re animating a role through your free will choice to do so, but the moment that you animated the role where you are stepping into a legal role, you are actually stepping out of the legal position entirely.

And we’re going to go into that in a second in case you haven’t seen all of my other content. But this refusal to submit an oral fluid test, you have no authority whatsoever to request or demand someone do something against their will. If you have the authority from our Creator where he said you are more knowing, more capable, and more superior than everybody else, and I’m giving you and you alone the ability to force will because even I, the Creator, will not force will, but I’m going to give it to you.

Show us that. Provide it. If you can’t, stop demanding it.

You have no authority whatsoever to take someone else’s free will. That is the one thing you are not allowed to do in this physical dimension. So therefore, a living man made of molecular matter who manifested into this physical dimension does not have to give you anything at all, anything at all, but what he himself says he will and agrees to and consents to from full knowing.

You cannot force it through manipulation, through sleight of hand tricks, writing agreements, and not telling them what that means that they’re signing or doing. You think that the etheric ledger that’s going to serve you consequence and tie you to the so below and suck your life dry isn’t going to factor that in and isn’t going to make you pay for that shit? You’ve lost your mind. So therefore, prove you have the authority to force her free will to submit to you any fucking thing, even an oral fluid test.

I don’t know this story. I don’t know who she is. I don’t know what her etheric ledger is.

I don’t know any of those details. Those details do not matter to me. What matters to me is who has authority and who doesn’t and then recognizing the reality.

Stop living in fucking delusion and then passing your delusions on to everybody else and forcing them to live in the delusion with you. So therefore, she doesn’t have to provide an oral fluid sample either. You’ve stepped out of legality.

At this point, you need to prove to all of us that you are acting in a legal capacity. By all of us, I mean the whole fucking world. Show us all.

We’re waiting. We’re watching and we’re waiting because you can’t. You don’t have it and you’re not doing it.

…of failing to submit to an oral fluid test and failing to provide an oral fluid sample. She’s been ordered to pay a total fine of $1,400. The court has also disqualified her license for a 12-month period starting today.

Maddie… Honey, whoever you are, they disqualified a role. They didn’t disqualify you, the living woman, living man. That didn’t happen.

They didn’t fine you, the living woman, living man. They fined a piece of paper, a paper record that they created. That’s it.

They then disqualified another paper record, not you. The moment that you get in your car to drive, you are outside of the legal system by their own form and function and definition because only a driver, it doesn’t matter what country it is, they can use whatever term they want, but the form and the function of what the driver is in any country, the moment that you animate the role and the role only exists in the legal line because the role, they can’t hand you the fucking role in your hand. They can’t hand you the role in your hand where you can hold it, where you can see it, where you can feel it, where you can do something with it.

They can’t hand that to you. Therefore, it’s just an idea perpetuated, an idea forced into your mind, an idea that was left in the legal line for you to assume and presume as you, for them to assume and presume as you, and to give them a false sense of authority to act in any capacity whatsoever. So anyway, we’re done with that part.

The fact that you’re even putting this out there without proving it is a problem. Not just for Australia, not just for the United States, for every single fictitious country in the world, for every single news station in the world, and for every single living man who ever watched any of this bullshit, there’s a problem here. There is a massive problem when the entire world is assuming and presuming.

You know damn well when you put that story out that you are getting people who don’t know their own selves, people that will assume and presume, to go do the assumption and presumption, to do the work for you, and that work being the abuse, the manipulation, the corruption, because you’re not doing anything legal. So putting something out there that’s detrimental to someone else’s well-being, and then thinking that you’re not going to suffer the consequence for doing so, I can guarantee you without meeting a single fucking one of you, that every one of your lives are in chaos. That every single one of you are micromanaging bullshit every single day that is exhausting you.

I can say it as an utter fact. I don’t need to meet you at all to know it. Your behavior speaks for itself.

So anyway, the next thing that I want to share is going into these definitions, because here’s the reality. We have definitions for legal systems, but all these definitions don’t have defining lines. They’re circular.

They have nothing whatsoever to make them a tangible thing that someone could verify or validate as being a truth or a fact. I am a truth and a fact. You can see me right now.

I am speaking to you. You can hear me. You can see the lines of my body.

You can validate my existence. Same goes for you. You’re a truth and a fact.

Even if you act in ignorance, even if you act in cowardice, it doesn’t take away the truth and the fact of your existence. But these claims, these roles, they’re not truths and facts. So you’re out here making claims against people every single day, operating roles inside of the legal line that throws you outside of it and takes away your legality and your validity and your authority to act, because you never had any.

If you have hands and eyes and ears and nose, a mouth, a living body whatsoever, you have no authority to act inside of the legal line whatsoever. Your legal system never gave it to you. It gave it to the person.

It gave it to the entity, gave it to the individual, gave it to the fucking role. Not to you. And for you to step into it and animate it off of, yet again, assumption and presumption, takes you outside of legality.

Because unless it specifies that you, the physical, biological, molecular man that manifested from the ether has the authority to act in any way whatsoever in the legal line, then you don’t have any. So by you assuming and stepping into the role, you have stepped out of it. You’ve stepped out of the legal line and into an illegal space.

Strips all authority to act off the table here. So in the United States, when it comes to terminology and the things that they do, the circular definitions and bullshit that you guys all use to try and get us to self-identify and step into the role on our side, so that we can self-harm, self-sabotage and allow you to do what you do without question, without making you prove your claims, without making you prove your authority, you guys have it too. Every country has it.

It’s all the same thing. All that happened was the word was shifted just a little bit. If the word isn’t the same, it just got shifted so it could feel different.

So you wouldn’t realize it’s the same. But if you remove the word and you look behind the word to the actual framework of the form and the function of the word and what’s actually happening, you see it’s the same fucking thing. So anyway, we have the Constitution in our words and you guys have these.

So I didn’t go to our legality or our legal Cornell law. I went to the one for Australia and it does not provide because your Constitution in the very beginning talks about the people. It is speaking to people and you don’t have a specific definition for the word people and neither does our Constitution.

I wonder why. Anyway, however, in general legal context, the people typically refers to all citizens. Now your citizens are not what everybody thinks they are.

The citizens are a role in the legal line. A role that a living man on this side of the line is animating. A role that you are presuming and assuming he must animate because you have stepped into the legal line on your side to do a job that you never had to do.

That was never yours to do. So you assumed on your side and stepped into the legal line. They assumed on this side and stepped into the legal line.

Both of you immediately stepped out of the legal line, out of legality, and are trying to enforce legality from outside of it. So refers to citizens of a country. A country, sorry, but a country isn’t real either.

You have earth. Earth belongs to all of us. Not just you and not your fucking claims that say that this imaginary line is your territory.

So the next thing, let’s see, we go from people, individuals, and I’m saying all of this because, oh let’s go here, defines a citizen as a person. A person is not a living man. It’s not a physical manifestation.

It can’t be seen with the eyes and held with the hand. It’s only a claim. So this person who is a member of a particular country, so this claim that is a member of a particular claim, because the country is the claim, it’s not the truth, fact, and reality, the earth is the truth, fact, and reality, and has legal rights there.

Only roles have legal rights. Roles have legal rights. Not living man.

So if you stepped in as an agent, you don’t have legal rights. The role does. You don’t.

You’re not protected. The role is if the man on this side steps into the role. He doesn’t have legal rights.

The role does. He can’t be charged. He can’t be fined.

He can’t be forced because he’s not the role. And your legal system states that the role is what is being fined, what is being charged, what can be forced against its will. Huh.

How can you force something against its will? I don’t know. Maybe because it doesn’t fucking have one. It doesn’t have one.

That’s the only way. And besides that, the only other way is to believe the bullshit you’re perpetuating and help the ones that left this assumption and presumption line on the table for you to pick up and run with and harm each other with. So then, let’s see, what was the next one? We went to the people.

Let’s see, they define the term individual as a distinct entity, and an entity is what? Not a living man. Not a truth, fact, and reality. Another claim, another role, or a being, or a single human being.

And I already know how they define that here in the United States, and I know it’s just another role for you too. But yet, everyone on both sides is animating these roles, believing that they’re these roles, self-identifying as these roles when we’re not these roles. So particularly referring to a single human being, as opposed to a group or class, this concept emphasizes the uniqueness and specific characteristics of each person.

Specific characteristics of each person. The person is the role. So you’re identifying the uniqueness and the characteristics of the fucking role.

Nothing else. And I want you to prove otherwise. Prove to us all otherwise.

Show us where your legal system that you are animating is actually saying something other than what I am saying right now. That is your notice, because we notice what’s happening here. And the last one here, I think that now defines entity as something that exists as a distinct and independent unit, which can include individuals.

Individuals is no different than a natural person. Individuals is no different than an entity. Individuals is no different than a person, because underneath it, or underneath it all, it’s just a role.

It’s just a role. If you design a business, and then you have different departments and sectors for that business, and you need to hire people to do the jobs of those specific departments and sectors, they are animating roles inside of the business, which is exactly what’s happening here. The role can’t come off the paper that they wrote it on.

You can’t take your physical body and take the role of manager, take the role of president, take the role of CEO, take the role of judge, take the role of jury, take the role of officer. You can’t put those roles right here like a outfit that you put on. That’s how they’re trying to do it, an outfit that you put on.

But you can’t take that physical thing and then take your physical body and insert yourself into it to animate it. It’s not there. It’s not fucking there.

And then the last one. In Australia, sovereign citizens are individuals. Sovereign citizens are roles per Australia.

So they need to make you a role like they did on that broadcast. We are casting you as an actor of the role sovereign citizen without your permission, without your consent, who assert that government laws do not apply to them, believing they are separate from the legal authority of the state. They don’t have to believe it.

There is no such thing as a sovereign citizen. This is all shit you guys made up. This is all roles that you came up with and cast individuals to acting out that has nothing to do with us.

So therefore it’s inside the legal line. And the moment that you tell somebody that they are now casted as the role, they’re outside of the legal fucking line. So now let’s go to the legal fucking line.

How about that? All right, now we’re in the legal line. We have everything that we just talked about, every role. So you have inside this legal line, you have the judge, you have the officers, you have the court, and its clerks.

You have the bailiffs, you have the persons, you have the individual, you have the entity, you have the sovereign, you have all of that. The only difference is from here up is the agent that stepped into the legal line, but he had to be a man to step into the legal line. And from here down, you have the regular man who stepped into the legal line because he assumed and presumed that he was these things and he’s not.

Whereas the agent over here presumed he was capable of being these things and having some kind of authority, which he doesn’t. So the moment that the agent stepped in, he stepped out of legality. The moment that the man stepped in, he stepped out of legality.

So right now, everyone who is involved in this case that is broadcasting all this shit are operating illegally. You’re all doing illegal things. You’re all causing harm.

And you’re asking, here’s what boggles my mind. You couldn’t even figure this out for yourself and your own system and what you’re doing with your own life. You couldn’t figure this shit out, yet you mean to tell the rest of us that you are capable of managing and micromanaging our fucking lives and what we do and that we must submit and bow down to you and harm ourselves ignorantly? Not even ignorantly, because when we know, we do better.

So you’re asking us to act in stupidity and bow down to you so that you can do what you’re doing in ignorance and some of you in knowing? I’m sorry, but that doesn’t make any sense. If you want us to continue doing this nonsense, prove it. Prove everything I’ve stated here is not factual.

Prove that you are not outside of that legal line. Prove that your legal system spoke about you, the living man made of molecular matter, the biological manifestation in the physical dimension that came from the ether. Let’s see it.

We need to see it now. We’re not just going to bow and accept your claims anymore. You can make all the claims in the world, but if you can’t back up the claim, it’s moot and void.

It doesn’t mean shit and we’re expected to move our bodies and do things just because you made a claim. Oh, a big spooky claim. Oh, bless its heart.

The claim needs to come as a fact. Otherwise, there’s not shit to talk about and there’s not shit to do. You agents on that side that are perpetuating this bullshit, your little children who are putting on robes and costumes every single day, playing with people’s lives and we’re done being played with.

So come back to the table with your proof. Go get all your little lawyers who are also acting. Let’s see all of their capacity to act because the lawyer is a role too.

The attorney is a role too. The attorney of fact is a role. Every single thing in the legal system that is operating in some kind of process and performance animated by a man is a role and nothing more.

The only thing that has capacity inside of the legal line is the role, not capacity, authority. Because the only thing that has capacity to animate the fucking authority is the man on both sides. The role can’t do it.

It doesn’t have capacity to act. So it needs someone to assume and presume themselves to be the role and animate it to fill the capacity needed to process and perform and satisfy the process and performance. Speaking of, great fucking performance you got there.

I give it a zero. So anyway, let’s see the proof. Let’s stop talking claims.

Let’s stop wasting airspace. Let’s stop wasting our time and our energy. Prove what you are.

Don’t just fucking say it. All right. I’m done here for this part.

Michele Lynn I just got pulled over for not registering my vehicle with the state and am getting fined almost $1,000. I requested their bond and oath just to buy time to respond within the 10 days but I also did an affidavit of truth and status notice saying I’m a living being. I sent it all certified and haven’t received the green card yet. It’s just me and my son so I responded just to pause them until I learn how to handle them better because me just telling them they didn’t have authority over me and that they are benefiting off of securities in my good name, they’d arrest me and I can’t have that happen.

Our creator gave us unimaginable rights. Any Constitution dies not give rights. It gives notice to the “legal system” what their boundaries are. If people understood this about a Constitution, they wouldn’t be claiming Constitutional rights, but rather Constitutional protections.

From this point of view, the government is creating treasonous acts by the minute.

So according to law, treason is punishable by death. Just because we the people are not enforcing this law, do not presume that we the people are giving into your treason and giving up our God Given Rights.

We can just as easily start enforcing these laws.
