The word ie used in this electric document is a personal pronoun being created by me and refers to the Mental, Spiritual, Emotional and Physical Embodiment and Manifestation of the Eternal Soul. The word ie is used to refer to the Focal Point of Awareness through which I as the Source of All, experiences life. Ie/I Am that, ie/I Am.

We can only end ignorance with awareness. Awareness is one of our greatest spiritual gifts. Once we are aware of something we cannot become unaware of it. Once we know something it cannot be unknown. The key to self-mastery is self-awareness and self-discipline. It is up to each of us to take full responsibility as captain and commander of our own energy to no longer hang out as victim to a corrupt world. It is up to each of us to evaluate and be honest with our self and recognize if we have given over our thoughts and emotions to someone or something outside of you?

There are individuals on earth involved in some very horrific behaviour. These individuals are victims of their own indoctrination. It is unfortunate that the people involve having not yet been brave enough to reveal their position in allowing for the corruption of the spirit. Even though they have on the most part wilfully given over their sovereignty to a lesser power ie/I and others like me have the ecclesiastical right to claim and restore our sovereignty as true autonomous beings. In order to restore to wholeness and allow for our world to shift, we must let go of the energy of punishment! My wish for them is for them and all of us to be set free and recover so that we can allow for a more enjoyable world to emerge.

It is up to each of us to be aware of the energy that resided in our own hearts. What energy that resides here that is not in vibrational resonance with our Higher Self and harmonically attuned to the frequency of Unconditional Love? What conflicting thoughts are we thinking that is keeping us from moving into wholeness and expressing in radiant health and wellness the way life was originally designed to be?

IE/I have been doing live feeds on Facebook to share an energetic detox and self-care program designed to assist us in healing from emotional, psychological, and physical trauma to prepare and activate ascension.

it is up to us to make a conscious and conscientious choice to collapse polarized think and take the steps to end our perception of separation expressing fully in the now to move into a state of Oneness.

It is up to each of us to take an active role in anchoring in the frequency of Unconditional Love to bring harmony and balance to our world. Our reality will shift very quickly when there are more people moving into operating from Unified Mind or Christ Consciousness!

Today’s meditation/activation is a continuation of yesterday’s activation for claiming sovereignty. And ie will share information about the Vegas Nerve and how important the tone of the Vegas nerve has on the healing and our journey back to radiant health and well-being.

As facilitators in other healing, it is important that we are educated on how to heal the Vegas nerve first!!

IE/I found that it was important for me in my healing journey to look into my own heart to see what hurts ie was holding onto in my heart preventing me from trusting myself and others in my life. ie/I realized that ie/I am not able to fully open to give myself completely in my relationships which in turn is preventing me from receiving completely the love of others. For self-empowerment, ie/I realized that it was up to me to examine my own mind s that ie/I could recognize what conflicting thoughts we are harbouring causing disease in my body.

It is up to us to make the commitment to align with our higher-self, our higher knowing. When in alignment our projected thoughts, emotions, and actions are guided to create a harmonic field. We have a fundamental right to create sovereignty for everyone where everyone is equal with each other.

We can make a conscious choice to stop judging ourselves and each other and to choose to bring joy to our own situation no matter what.

To be sovereign is to be our own authority (author of our reality) to not be ruled by anyone else. It is to stand in our own right and no other and to be a fully autonomous being. An autonomous being (in Kantian moral philosophy) acts in accordance with one’s moral duty rather than one’s desires.

It is to have authority to oneself guided by our own inner compass embodied in our higher knowing flowing with what is beneficial to the health and well-being of our physical vessel.

We are born sovereign onto our self then we are registered at birth into an illegitimate system that has robbed us of our sovereignty and hidden the fact that were are each a unique expression of Divinity, a supreme being.

The time has come that we claim the sovereignty that has been stolen as a result of in-congruent thinking of a few that claimed, “royal standing” with no real authority to do so. It is time to claim our sovereign birthright. Each of us shall stand under no man, no God, or any other imposed limitation.

People are coming together all over the world to claim these rights by Natural Law. In so doing we restore our spiritual well-being.

Claiming sovereignty comes with responsibility, to cause no harm, to express in a state of harmlessness is to cause no loss of spirit.

We each have a fundamental right to travel and traverse time and space unimpeded without the threat of harm or threat of violence.

It is up to each of us to choose to take full responsibility to respond to life from our spiritual and emotional maturity unwavering in our love for life itself. It is our responsibility to recognize when our will is out of alignment with Divine Will so that we are not imposing our will upon others. We can learn from the Keepers of Natural Law (The Indigenous Peoples all over the world) as to how to restore to Natural Law.

We can ask ourselves, “How do we walk more lightly upon the earth?”

What energy space consciousness can we be to fall in love with ourselves?

“God Speaks To Man: The Oldest Revelation”

It is up to each of us to sensitize our body to be able to discern and know what is true and what is not true. Why do so many ignore their own feelings in favour of deeply held beliefs? Why have we so often ignored our heart intelligence and our gut intelligence?

The word “belief” has the word “lie” in it. It does not matter for how many generations have listened to a “lie” once the “lie” is revealed we should all have the spiritual and emotional maturity to acknowledge that we have been lying.

Why have we not been aware that everything has consciousness?  Our body is much like a musical instrument that we have allowed to become out of tune for a very very long time. Our body is thought actualized, much like a truth meter, it will always show us exactly what thoughts and emotions we are holding onto that are not a vibrational match to its core knowing.  With this in mind, why have we not assisted our own body to stay in vibrational resonance with its truth? Why have we not taken the time to tune in to the inner harmonics of our own bodies?

Would you agree that it would serve us and be beneficial to tune our body to be sensitive to what it is experiencing? If we know that we are limiting our ability to listen as a result of the thinking process and our lack of awareness why would we not want to make a conscious choice to pay attention to what we are thinking and how these thoughts impact how our body is feeling? The heart and the gut have intelligence yet we often ignore the heart brain and gut-brain as a result of deeply rooted habitual thinking.

We are much like the facets of the same diamond, yet we are the totality of the diamond also. We are source reflecting to itself through its multiple and multidimensional expressions, we are the awareness field that flows through all life presently attached to a lesser version of our self.

In other words, our body is a focal point of awareness through which source experiences creativity. We are the projector and the projected limiting the expression of the body as a result of a narrow-minded point of view.

The biology of the body is a reflection of its state of consciousness and knowledge of itself. The present biology of the body is reflecting our perceptual misalignment and belief in separation.  Why have we ignored the infinite intelligence of our bodies? Why would we not be keen on learning the language of our body so that we can restore it to its natural state of well-being?

If we were more aware of how our body communicates with us we would move back into harmonic resonance with our core essence. The body can only reflect to us our state of conscious awareness. It is thought actualized yet we have not been diligent in our thinking or diligent in our core values.  Why would we continue to limit our body’s infinite potentiality by holding onto a narrow-minded point of view?

There is no greater joy, from my perspective, then to see myself reflected back to myself as the moment. This harmonization is like hitting the perfect pitch.

It is unclear why once we have an awakening experience we think that we have “figured” everything out.  This is why not all activated 3rd eyes are created equal. To have a fully functioning “3rd eye” you must have an awakened heart. An awakened heart brings clarity to the senses and understanding of the senseless. After my awakening in 2000 which came in the form of a life review. IE/I realized that the eyes and ears are useless without an open mind and loving heart. Then in 2011 when IE/I dropped my attachment to my conditioned mind and my mind expanded into the Unified Field eye realized we have done ourselves a great disservice while inhibiting our souls infinite potential for expression by holding onto our point of view.

If all that you have ever done was to see reality through the eyes of duality and think this is the only way then you are doing yourself a great disservice. If you have lived your entire life in the Amazon Rain-forest and someone spoke of a land of ice and snow and you said, “I/I don’t believe it” and you never travel to this land for whatever reason then what adventures are you missing out on? Why would we choose to lose out on the direct experience of “snow” and what this experience offers? If we think that dualistic in other words polarized thinking and perceiving is the only way we are limiting our infinite potential.

Why are we not looking at the world in alignment with source? In this alignment, everything is brighter, and we are able to see so much more with these eyes while expressing in our physical body.

Why would we not want to have this alignment? If we accept their ways, we compromise our integrity. Why did we not take the steps toward designing an infrastructure that we could all engage with that is honourable?

But people “believe” there is no other way and so they don’t look for another way? It’s like saying you’re too old to take up dancing – you don’t even try to go there if you think there is no other way. What would it take to inspire people to their birthright so that they are willing to seek full alignment with their multidimensional expressions? Why would anyone desire to remain in polarized thinking once they know that Unified Mind is possible and that we can all have the direct experience of our “Christ State”?

We can only affect change to our reality when we claim Self Creatorship. It is up to us to claim to be the captain and commander of our energy matrix. Even though we have never been guided to a balanced emotional body it is up to us to claim back our energy.

Reacting to a person, place, or event means we are not free. ie/I welcome situations that can cause me to react and/or causes my body discomfort for it means ie/I am still attached to a person, place or event and/or harbouring beliefs that are not in alignment with my higher knowing.

There are far too many of us that do not know how to communicate as we have forgotten how to listen. Not only do we not listen to others we do not listen to ourselves. How is it we can be completely unaware of our own thoughts and what we speak every day? How do we expect to have the ability to carry on a conversation when we are busy thinking? Have you ever been in a conversation with someone that does not have the capacity to receive what you are saying as they are too busy thinking? My issue is being easily distracted ie/I feel for the people in my life when ie/I am so distracted by what is happening that ie/I cannot focus on what they are telling me.

Everything seen and unseen is created from thought. The Universe can only reflect back to us our state of mind. Overthinking results in confusion. This state is reflected in emotional turmoil. We have not been guided to be organized, conscious, and conscientious with our energy output.

Imagine for a moment that you are a bird flying over a pristine lake high up in the mountains. The air is crisp and fresh. The air is still, so still that you cannot tell the difference between the mountain and the reflection of the mountain. You have a pebble held tightly in your talons. This pebble is your pebble of intent, your deepest desire. Now drop this pebble in the center of the lake.  the lake being the fabric of creation, the field of unlimited possibilities. Watch in wonder while this intent ripples out from the center of the lake until it reaches the shoreline. Now watch as this ripple comes back to the center point.  You sit back in wonder and amazement to this mosaic, it is the flower of life.  You can clearly see the effect of your intention as it ripples through all of consciousness. Now you can let go, surrender, and allow for the Universe to line things up for you to see your intention come to fruition.

Now imagine that you are the same bird flying over this same lake. Imagine if you will that your thoughts are like the wind blowing and creating waves. Now imagine your anger is like a thunderstorm. You are this same bird fighting the wind and the rain, you are fighting your own thinking and own emotional turmoil. You look down at the lake as the waves turn into 3 then 4, 5 and 6 foot swells. You have this same pebble of intent, it is a beautiful crystal held tight in your talons. You drop this crystal with all your desires and wishes imbued into it into the choppy water. Now observe what effect these thoughts and wishes have on this calm still lake (the fabric of creation).

Our in-congruent and conflicting thoughts and imbalanced emotions are like a storm interfering with our intentions thus interfering with our ability to live the life we want.

Why would we rob ourselves of a life well lived by holding onto the “story”? Know that from the soul’s perspective the story is integrated as all information becomes known in a flash of insight everything is integrated into wholeness. 

It is our love that will calm the storm. 

What is truth?

Truth is relative to the one experiencing. We have all been duped. We are all being played like an out of tune fiddle. It is all about our frequency.  The assault on our frequency on so many fronts has been deliberate by those that have gotten off on controlling reality.

Those that have manipulated reality know how to get us. If they cannot corrupt us directly they will use our loved ones. This is why self-awareness and self-discipline is everything in today’s world.

When we are in harmonic resonance with all of our bodies there is no pain and suffering as our awareness is present with the physical body here and now. Our body is a focal point of awareness through which the source of creation experiences life.

In other words, we are multidimensional energy expressing through a focal point of awareness as a mind/body/spirit matrix and we are infinite awareness. We are our own source of life and the source of love.

We are still operating from the conditioned mind not yet aligned with the awareness field, this misalignment is expressing through our biology. Holding on to limiting beliefs is interfering with the body’s ability to be fully activated. The biology of the body is subjective to our state of consciousness and what we believe. As we move back into alignment with our-self our physical vessel will express and show us its infinite potential.

It is unfortunate that our parents never remembered that life is about being happy. They were imprinted and taught us “children should be seen and not heard”. Whose idea was this? There have been many thoughts deliberately placed into the fabric of creation that should never have been thought.

Our parents were never taught us how we support the reality we are incarnated into by not being honest with ourselves s they did not have the awareness that they themselves were not being honest. 

They did not know how to correct their own corrupted emotional body so how can we expect them to assist us in correcting ours? They had no awareness of their own fractured aspects or the quantum entanglements binding them to people, places, and events.

Our parents never taught us that our physical body has an innate ability to restore to balance and well being when we give it the opportunity to do so. We do this by silencing the mental chatter. This is where meditation is very useful!

We have allowed ourselves to be manipulated by fear forgetting who and what we are as multidimensional energy and the source for life and love. We have been operating from our conditioned mind and it is very difficult for this aspect to know unconditional love.

The filters we have put into place keeps us from seeing and hearing the truth.  Our perception of the that which we are observing is distorted as a result of these filters. The filters are energetic thoughts or beliefs.  Like smoke and mirrors they blind us to the truth. As we fuel that very thing that we are not wanting. Why is it we are unable to see with the eyes of the higher self? Why do we think it is normal to have a higher self and a lower self?

it is all about the frequency and how we react and/or respond to people, places, and events. The way out is in and the way through is by way of integration and frequency work.

When we meet with the same or equal intensity we will be increasing that which is presenting in our outer reality. When we meet or react to anger with anger we will be adding fuel to the fire. With presence, we bring balance and harmony to the situation.

“Turn the other check” would imply that we should be turning our attention off of that which we are reacting to with shame, blame, guilt, fear, anger, resentment ect until we have the insight that comes with our alignment with our souls knowing.

It is the unfettered heart that will bring clarity to the senses so that we can see all the dynamics of the situation.

It is up to each of us to be honest with ourselves.  Are we aware of our predominant thought, feeling, emotion?

While unraveling your truth takes time to maintain the frequency of your body matrix. Visualize what you want the world to look like for 10 minutes every day. The Universe will bend to your will. Align your will with your thoughts and your emotions. Then take peaceful action towards the realization of your vision. Be vigilant of your own mental and cognitive health. Rather than being a sponge for information create something that is part of the solution. Rather being a sponge for the energy around you choose to make a conscious and conscientious choice to be the tuning fork for other. Take time everyday to harmonize your own energies so that you will be better prepared to not react to situations that arise in your daily interactions with others.

Output is just as important as input. Be a converter of energy. This ability I believe is built into our DNA. Confusion is the enemy clarity is powerful. Use your imagination like a laser beam. When you are part of the solution you cannot be part of the problem simultaneously. If you are projecting benevolent energy into the morphic field you cannot simultaneously be resonating with the malevolent energy of the control system. The key is to be for something!

My greatest wish is that you are always in your happiness.

May we all move back into harmonic resonance with our soul to be in vibrationally align with the original logos so that the cells of our body are expressing in youthfulness, vitality, radiant health and wellness the way they were designed to be.

When we wake up focused on the problem from the frequency of that problem it is difficult to find a resolution to the problem. When we wake up to a solution-oriented mode it becomes an adventure.
