It will be beneficial to focus on the solution since the energy that creates worlds is flowing through you as you in every moment. When we make focusing on aligning with our authentic self the priority so that we are seeing, perceiving, with the eyes of our Inner being (higher-self) and source we will be inspired to take steps towards a sustainable world. We cannot simultaneously be focusing on the problem and the solution at the same time.
And since we are all source energy in manifestation and we love to create-because it is our nature to create it is a good idea to create when we are aligned with our authentic self. And it is up to us to recognize if we are being authentic by realizing what is influencing our thoughts and our behavior. When we create without first having all the information available to us we maybe creating-bringing thoughts into things that are not aligned with the intelligence that created the natural world.
Do you see the benefit of first being clear of what is influencing you prior to manifesting or creating (turning thoughts into things)? In other words is my creation aligned with the natural world because the natural world is the creation of infinite intelligence?
We are of the greatest benefit when we have the ability to recognize when our friends and family are under an influence that is not of their authentic self; whey they maybe influenced by a lower density entity or an aspect of themselves that is disassociated from their original templet of love.
Being present to others and allowing them to express themselves when they are clearly not aligned with infinite intelligence is a gift. What would our life experience be like once we can self regulate?
Even though I do not agree with everything shared by Abraham-Ester I totally agree with the message shared in the video titled “Instantly Raise your Frequency [listen everyday] Abraham Hicks 2024”.

“The primary understanding that we are wanting to chew on until you can really feel it is: How do you know what you’re under the influence of? Because you’re always offering a vibration, and that vibration is dovetailing with other momentum, which causes stronger and stronger experiences. So, what do we mean by ‘Under the Influence’? We like to talk about how you came from non-physical, and here you are and the non-physical part of you is always aware of you and always offering a vibration to you and about you. That vibration is God Force—it’s life force, it’s pure positive energy. There’s no resistance in it; it’s a vibration knowing about your value, knowing about your deservability, and your worthiness and expecting all good things for you and from you. And so, this powerful influence that is flowing to you. But if you’re worried about something, you’re offering a vibration that does not allow you to be in vibrational sync with your source energy. Then you are not and that’s why, in fact, the only reason you feel negative emotion. It’s the vibrational variance that causes the chemical releases in your body, producing the effect of negative or positive emotion. And through life experiences, you’ve come to call those emotions different things, but really, it’s the simple guidance about being more in alignment with who you are or less in alignment with who you are.
And so, since that guidance is always being offered. Now we want to talk about that just for a little bit because we are encouraging and through time, if you’ve been listening to us at all, you’ve read books of process and things that we’ve offered. And every process that we’ve ever offered has the intent to help you come more into alignment with who you are.
These days, we are explaining it in a way that you can get it if this is the first time that you’ve heard it. You were Source Energy; you came into this body. The larger part of you remains Source Energy, and here you are. As you’re sorting things out, you will always have a relationship with that non-physical part of you. And that vibration of that non-physical part of you is a high, pure frequency. And the reason it’s pure and high is because there’s no resistance within it. [No resistance means there are no contradictory thoughts. There is judgments and since there is no judgment there is no negativity. This aspect of self is not influenced by polarity since there are no contradictory or contrary thoughts.]
So, when you are battling some dragon or some issue, you have enough resistance within you that you’re not matching up with the frequencies of who you are. And that’s what that vibrational difference is about. So as you, for example, sit in meditation where you manage to quiet your mind, when you quieten your mind that vibration ceases—that resistant vibration ceases—because when you stop thinking thoughts, then you stop thinking negative thoughts. And when you stop thinking negative thoughts, your vibration rises. And when your vibration rises and here’s the statement we want you to hear and feel: When your vibration rises, you accomplish the vibrational equivalency of your inner being. You begin to vibrate like your inner being is vibrating. This means you now know what your inner being knows, and more importantly, you now feel as your inner being feels. Let’s call that being under the influence of your inner being, of source energy, or whatever you want to call it. When you’re under that influence, you have leverage; you have clarity. One who is in alignment with who they really are is more powerful than millions who are not. That is your leverage. That is where your greatest influence to others is. But often, in fact, more often than not, humans are under the influence of something other than their own inner being. Esther’s going to make some dash cards; she thought about bumper stickers, but she doesn’t like bumper stickers on her car. And she doesn’t think that this would be a good bumper sticker for you to have on your car either: ‘I’m under the influence.’ But in reality, you are always under the influence of something because no matter what vibration you’re offering.
There is another stream of it out there somewhere, either with Source or the disconnected thoughts of disconnected humans. When you tap into that stream, you are under the influence. So, the question we want to put to you is: Are you just sure what influence you are under? Are you under the influence of your inner being and their inner being—who really knows who they are—or are you under the influence of their disconnected moment in time? And so, are you waging a battle with them against anyone? Because if you are, you can be so under the influence that you’ll join battle because your going to defend them to the end. But in doing that, you lose your connection to Source energy, who will not do battle with anyone. And when you lose that influence, now you’re just in the same out-there, raw, and ragged place that they are, doing the best that you can by moving physical things around. And we know, there’s a difference in the way people live. There are people that gather together in groups and they believe that they are more powerful because there’s more power in numbers. And we will even acknowledge in the disconnected world—meaning not in alignment with who you are. So, you’re just playing the game of disconnection only or primarily. The bigger your disconnected crowd is it will probably win the battle over the other disconnected crown that is smaller and that’s what you have sort of come to measure. But almost no one is taking into consideration the clarity and the power and the universal forces, and cooperative components that come into play when you take the time to make sure before you go into conversation with them, that you are in alignment with who you really are so that your true Universal Forces are with you.
We’re talking about the power of influence—did you get it? And so, a way that you may find that helps you know what influence you’re under, of course it is the way you feel. If you’re really mad, you’re not under the influence of Source. But if you are in joy and love and appreciate, and optimistic, and enthusiasm—if you’re looking forward to what’s happening with your children rather than all wadded up to what is happening but it takes practice —that’s a positive influence. However, it takes some practice because they have wanted you to get them. That’s what you keep doing to each other. I want you to understand me so I’m really going to lay it out here for you so that you can really understand where I’m coming from.
Esther sat next to a lovely lovely girl on the airplane yesterday, who has all kinds of things that are going wrong in her life and she so wanted Esther to understand where she’s coming from and as Esther was listening, Ester was in such a good place, everything in her world she’s focusing in such a place, she’s in the receiving mode in a very strong way. And so as Esther listened, she didn’t allow herself to be a sounding board; she didn’t commiserate in any way. She just listened and soothed and listened and soothed and listened and soothed and listened and soothed and the conversation became less and less negative and more and more positive. It just felt so good. When they parted they’re hugging. Esther didn’t tell her anything about the work she does she didn’t tell her anything about Abraham; she just listened and soothed and listened and soothed and listened and soothed because Esther was with Us and We know it’s gonna be okay for this girl. And so, this girl was not able to talk Ester into her worry about herself, she had some kinda heavy-duty stuff going on.
So, what we’re getting at is: You want to be understood and most have forgotten about their relationship with their inner being. You can feel your relationship with your inner being all day, every day. But is you are not consciously aware of what that emotional relationship is then you might have taught yourself or maybe your parents taught you or someone else to be under the influence of what they want and when you jump through hoops for someone else, you really give over your power to someone that cannot be consistent.”
Oh, the poor parent or teacher—or anybody—who promotes themselves as the one to always depend on will always let every single person they’ve convinced to depend on them, they will let them down because it’s not your job to be that for them. It’s their inner being’s job and the less you try to be the one, the more likely they are to reach for where it really is. We say most people are looking for love in all the wrong places.
So, let’s say Esther is a really good friend of yours and she’s got some things going on, and you relate and you’re interested, and you like Esther. But she doesn’t really think that you really get her because, first of all, your life is going better than hers let’s say that. So, she might want to really confide in you and really explain to you what it’s like and what it feel like and if she can talk you into feeling her pain, then you’re under that influence. The thing we say about parents and children—or anybody who wants to uplift anybody is: Talk as much as you can to them, but only when you are in alignment with who you are. Only when you are in alignment with who you are.
So now let’s practice that just a little bit because we know you heard, and we know the reason that these words have been resonant within you is because you’re doing some of all of that—you know that. So, let’s step back in a little more general place.
This is the thing we really want to say to you: If you don’t know for sure that you’re tuned in, tapped in, turned on because you’ve taken the steps to be there and you know what it feels like, then it’s not the time to get into a deep conversation with anybody about anything. But if you know you’re not feeling that way, then what you might want to say is, ‘I so want to have this conversation with you because I don’t care about anything as much as I do about you feeling good. But I might not be that much help to you right now because I’m as mad about this as you are, and we’re not going to solve this together.’ So, they will feel heard.
Then you might say, ‘A problem and a solution are so different.’ If you think they can understand it, you might even say, ‘The vibrational frequency of a problem and the vibrational frequency of a solution are so far apart. And right now, we are both problem-oriented which means we’re only going to attract more problems if we chew on this. But I know for sure that you have put some really great clarity about what you want over there somewhere, and I know that help is on the way for you and for me too about this. I just don’t think now is the time. So, let’s go get some ice cream or lets do anything we can to sort of break that cycle right now until we regain our balance and then, let’s approach it from a place of wisdom. Because I know how brilliant you are and how well-meaning you are. And I know for sure how much life is supposed to be good for you, and when it isn’t, it breaks my heart. But see, then I’m not doing what I’m supposed to be doing because I’m not supposed to let my heart get broken. That means I’m not doing it either. So, I’m going to detach myself from this a little bit want you to too. And when we both get surefooted again, let’s come back and approach this subject, find some real solutions. And maybe they won’t hear this the first hundred times, but in time, if you demonstrate that you are only willing to give yourself to them when you are at your best, they will come to recognize you as the one who soothes them into their own alignment. It’s so much fun.
And next, you might say this to them—or just say it to yourself: ‘I don’t want to solve their problems.’ This is you talking to yourself. ‘I don’t want to solve your problems because your problems cause your solutions. And your moving toward your solutions is the joy of your life because satisfaction comes from only one place: having identified something and moving in the direction of it. If you’re not moving in the direction of your own desire, then you can’t be satisfied.’
“So, we were talking earlier about how you know what influence you’re under. Well, what Esther has begun saying to herself has been really helpful just lately as we’ve been using this word: ‘Is this a satisfying thought?’ Like a thought will come because thoughts come from what ever your point of attraction is. And so, sometimes a thought will come and it feels like it’s coming out of nowhere—it doesn’t feel like you’re thinking your thoughts; it feels like your thoughts are thinking you. So all of a sudden you’ve got a thought going on in your head. And so, you might just stop and ask yourself—don’t judge it, don’t try to push it away—just ask yourself, ‘Is this a satisfying thought?’ And if it is, then just continue to let it unfold in your mind, just enjoy its increasing satisfaction. But if it isn’t a satisfying thought then you’ve caught it in those early subtle stages.
There is a momentum about thought and things that come from thoughts. And everything comes from thoughts—thoughts are turning to things, that’s the creative process, thoughts are tuning to things. And since you got here as this little one and there were so many things around you it wasn’t so obvious to you that everything that is here came from thought because you got here and they were already there. And so it’s easy to become as a human someone who just moves the things around and never considers where they came from. But once you start understand the evolution of the universe and how thoughts are continually becoming from things and then you catch your thoughts early on so that you can control what influence you’re under then it’s so satisfying in the process.” Abraham-Ester Hicks

Listen Closely! 💜✨Abraham Hicks’ and the link is below because the information is worth hearing and reading: “We would like you to consider this: How often does someone offer you a compliment, and you sort of blow it off, blow it away? How often, even though something wonderful is unfolding, you afraid it’s not really going to unfold? You worry you say, “the other shoe will drop”.
And so, we think that deliberate thought will solve all of that, but you’ve got to get enough momentum going. When you announce to yourself, or to us, or to anyone, ‘I like feeling good, and I’m happy to announce that I mostly do,’ then you’re there. We don’t think monitoring thoughts is the most effective way because there are too many moving parts. But caring about how you feel and recognizing emotion in early stages—and then when something feels good, just milk it.
How often, as children, are you just having a high-flying good time, and you’re milking it and then you get in trouble for being too rambunctious? Or “someone always gets hurt” your parents tell you “someone always gets hurt”. And we want to say to you: ‘Nobody ever gets hurt when you’re on the high-flying disc’. What we mean is: make peace. What we mean is: find vibrational alignment with who you are. What we mean is: try to see what is right here and now from your perspective, as best you can, as Source is seeing it. And we promise you, Source is not warring against what is. You’re really going to like this because we said the key words to the understanding of this a few minutes ago when we said, “what you’re really trying to do is through wake up and meditating or is put yourself in as best you can this neutral zone early in the day so that who you really are—the vortex who is who you really are—can call you there. And that’s what making peace with where you are, making peace with who you are, making peace with what is—does.
There’s no resistance conjured within you as you see the wrongness of that and I don’t what that in other words, you’re just letting go of your resistance as best you can. And in that neutrality that is now your vibration, the vortex can draw you in, or you can receive what’s there. Now, it feels like a little contradiction, as we call it: neutrality. Unless what we’re really speaking of on this high-flying disc is that neutrality. And in that neutrality, we’re talking about the absence of resistance. In other words, on this high-flying disc, there is no resistance; there’s no pushing against anything. If you have no resistance within you now, when you’re in passion, is there no resistance? We say yes—high-flying disc, no resistance, lots of momentum. If you are in a state of love are you on the high-flying disc? Yes. Is there resistance? No.
High-flying disc, no resistance. You see, making peace with it—practice making it. We could even say, ‘Get up in the morning, make peace with your day. Make peace with your pillow, make peace with your bed, make peace with your family, make peace with your world, make peace with your body.’ In other words, appreciate, appreciate, appreciate, appreciate, appreciate—as best you can and watch what happens. Whatever it takes—on one day, it might be one thing; on another day, it might be another thing. You don’t want to do the same thing every single day. You don’t even want to take the same walk on the same trail every single day. You don’t want to run into the same people every single day. You don’t want to have lunch with the same person every single day. You are expanding beings; you’re reaching for more. There’s so much in your vortex that is calling you. And we just want you to find some way to put yourself in this neutral place where that can call you. Because we promise you, if you wake up and you can maintain this neutral vibration, that vibration will call you. That’s the path that will call you.
Wherever your vibration is, that’s the path that will call you you see, what you want to show yourself is that you can control the direction of your thoughts. Until you show yourself that. Do you accept that you create your own reality? Let’s throw that out to you conceptually. Most of you who are coming to these gatherings would say, “yes”. So, then we say, if you accept that you create your own reality, do you accept that you do it through your vibrational offering? And if you accept that you create your own reality and that you do it through your vibrational offering, then you must understand that your vibrational offering is what you’re thinking about. And the only way you’re going to know how you’re doing is by caring about how you feel.
So, if you wake up with the intention of feeling as good as you can feel for as long as you can feel it: Some of you want to get out and take a walk. There’s a really good reason that you want to do that—you found that you feel better when you do that. You found that your body likes that; you feel that you’re more light-hearted and your feel more upliftment. In other words, you gravitate naturally toward the things that feel good, just gravitate toward the things that feel good on purpose for a little while. Pamper yourself; Pamper yourself with a good night sleep; Pamper yourself with thoughts that feel good; Pamper yourself with deep breathing; Pamper yourself with plenty of water; Pamper yourself get outside and move your body. Pamper yourself into alignment with who you really are and then face your day.
Then think about the things that the world is dealing with, and notice how different thoughts are coming to you from that vibrational vantage point, than from that complaining ‘don’t want to get out of bed’ vibrational vantage point that you may have been experiencing. The best thing that happens by deliberately deciding to get on this high-flying disc and accomplishing it and doing it repeatedly for a few days than as the manifestations that match that frequency show up in your experience, you make the correlation between them. You feel your part, your deliberate part, in the achieving of that particular rendezvous with that particular situation, with that particular conversation, with that particular outcome. In the early days, when Esther was just coming to understand deliberate creation, and we were talking a lot about focus and thinking on purpose and something wonderful would happen, and Esther would announce so happily and loudly, “I did that! I did that! I did that with my focus” and in the same way when something unwanted would happen she’d say a little quieter, “I did that too”.
Because there’s something wonderful about recognizing how you’re feeling and, therefore, knowing what disc you’re on. So, it’s not a shock or a surprise at who you’re rendezvousing with or what you’re rendezvousing with. It’s the first step really in owning that you are the creator of your own reality. Because until you stop blaming that one for the way they made you feel or that one for the way something evolved, and you take responsibility for your vibrational frequency, then you don’t have a chance.
You can’t be a deliberate creator as long as you’re giving one other person the credit or the blame for the good or bad things that are happening to you. So, if you accept that you are the creator of your own reality and that the reason you are the creator of your own reality is because you’re offering a vibration, and if you are now acknowledging that you have the ability to control the vibration that you’re offering, now now you are invincible. Now there is nothing that you cannot be, do, or have.
Here’s an easier way to look at it: Let’s say that there are things wanted and unwanted. Yeah. And there is a path of least resistance to things wanted and unwanted because you’ve practiced it into being. If you’ve thought about what you want, you’ve created a path of least resistance—an easy path—to what you want. And if you’ve thought about what you don’t want, you’ve created a path of least resistance to what you don’t want.
So, the path of least resistance toward what you don’t want is the introducing of resistance to what you do want. It might even be easier for you to just say, ‘What path am I on?’ You can tell by the way you feel because there are endless tributaries. Sometimes you want a fast ride; sometimes you want a slow, savory ride. But one thing’s for sure: you want to move toward what you want all the time. And when you feel negative emotion, you’ve slowed what you do want down and if you keep it up, you’re on a path toward something you don’t want.
So yeah, we think it would be really a good idea to care about those paths and that momentum. If you wake up in the morning and you focus upon something that feels good to you, and you ponder it long enough that you begin to feel a little enthusiasm for it, then it’s unlikely that something’s going to bump you off that path easily. And by the time you’re at day 30, it would take something a really deep, a hot spot, in order to dislodge you from your positive momentum. But it’s a little awkward for us to talk about that 30-day momentum if you’re just now beginning it. Because, in the beginning, it feels harder to do. After you’ve done it for a while, it feels easy to do and you ask yourself, “I don’t know why I wasn’t doing this before”.
This might help Once you find yourself on that high-flying disc and sustain it for a little while—like three, four, five, or six minutes—the first thing that makes you know, in fact, let’s call it a manifestation; the first manifestation that lets you know you’re there is emotion. You just feel good. Emotion is a manifestation. And the second thing, and we’re going to call it a manifestation too for the sake of this discussion, is thoughts begin to stream into your mind that match it. In other words, you start remembering things that you felt good about. You start remembering things that people have said. Esther’s is, her mind is full of poignant things that Jerry said at some point or that her mother said at some point, or that some teacher said at some point once she gets on that high flying disc it’s like every wise person who, things from the Bible, things that she remembers from those early days in Sunday School. In other words, all kinds of things that match that high frequency begin to flood into your mind just to support and compound this vibrational frequency. And those are the beginnings of the bigger manifestations that are coming.
This is the process that we would softly, we would make work out of it, focus on. When we go to bed the night before we would acknowledge that: ‘hay, while I sleep tonight my momentum is going to stop, my point of attraction is going to cease and so when I wake in the morning I have a clean slate. I can push the reset button. I can start my momentum where I want it to be and just build it from there. And so, when I wake up I am going to find something nice to think about and I am just going to focus there as best you can until I can get some momentum going.
And so let’s say you’ve been doing that for a little while. Well sometimes the thoughts of what you don’t want creep in, that’s all right. Just be easy about it. Say nice things to yourself about that, “well this is my first day, and I’m doing really well at this and I’ll get better every day and by the time I get to 30 days, it will be easier”. In other words, talk to yourself in positive terms in the way that you’d want to mentor anyone who is trying something new and not very good at it. When a little one is trying to walk and falls down, you don’t say, ‘Get up, you little dummy.’ You give them an opportunity to find their balance and so you want to give yourself the same opportunity to find your balance.
But then, what you begin to notice is that once you get some of that momentum going, once you realize that you feel good, that it is helpful to begin focusing upon something…”
