A video recently landed on my feed claiming that a “Writ of Quo Warranto” was filed in all 94 U.S. federal district courts, “served on everyone,” and that a sweeping cleanup of judges, attorneys, and law enforcement is inevitable.
Many of us want these claims to be true—especially those who have lived through harm, coercion, or injustice in traffic stops, CPS/DCS allegations, IRS enforcement actions, and the courtrooms that follow—including eviction and foreclosure proceedings that have left families displaced or homeless. I don’t write this to mock anyone. I write it because real remedy requires discernment: action steps that lead to measurable accountability.
Here’s how I’m separating truth from speculation, and how we can use the useful parts of this document in ways that actually stand up in real life.
Step 1: Separate “Principles” from “Claims”
A document can contain true principles and still make unproven claims.
True principles (worth keeping)
The writ speaks to things many of us deeply recognize:
- Government actors are bound by constitutions and oaths.
- Courts must provide fair process.
- People are entitled to remedy for injuries.
- Those holding delegated authority owe duties of trust and accountability.
- When a person in a delegated position misuses delegated authority for a personal agenda, it is trustee malfeasance and misfeasance in public office—and the harm is real, with direct consequences for stable families and functional communities.
Those are valid themes — and they can be expressed using primary sources (constitutions, statutes, court rules, transcripts, dockets).
Checkable claims (must be proven)
The viral claim that this writ was filed in all 94 federal district courts is not a “feeling” claim. It’s checkable.
If something is truly filed in a federal court, it creates:
- a court-specific case number (different in every district),
- a docket trail, and
- file-stamped documents or an ECF header.
So the honest question is:
Where are the 94 docket numbers?
Step 2: What the Writ Actually Says (and why that matters)
The PDF itself says it was “filed via U.S. Postal Service in all 94 Federal District Courts” and served by fax/email, and it uses a one-size-fits-all caption (not the usual way federal courts caption cases).
That doesn’t automatically mean “fake.” It means:
This document is not self-proving.
It needs independent verification through official court records.
A reality-based reader doesn’t accept authority because a PDF is intense.
A reality-based reader asks: Show the docket.
Step 3: The Discernment Checklist (Use This for Any Viral “Legal” Claim)
When something goes viral, I run a simple test:
- Is there an official docket number?
Not a symbolic number. A real federal format like1:15-cv-____(or criminal formats where applicable). - Is there an official docket you can open?
PACER (paid), or a mirror like CourtListener/RECAP (free for many items). - Is there a judge/clerk authentication?
Real court orders have a judge’s signature or a clerk’s filing stamp/ECF header. - Does it produce real-world outcomes?
If “everyone was removed,” we would see actual changes in office-holding, court operations, and official records — not just comments saying “it’s happening.”
If those items aren’t present, the most accurate label is:
Unverified.
Step 4: So What Do We Do With the “Good Work” Inside the Writ?
This is the key. Even if the “94 courts” filing claim isn’t proven, the document still contains research leads and themes we can convert into real remedy.
Here’s how:
A) Turn every “big claim” into a specific records request
Instead of “they were all served,” ask for:
- proof of service,
- list of district dockets,
- copies of file-stamped cover letters,
- certified mail receipts, fax confirmations, or clerk acknowledgments.
If the claim is true, the paper trail exists.
B) Convert the constitutional themes into court-usable arguments
If someone was harmed in a traffic stop or arrested unlawfully, the strongest path usually isn’t “global takedown narratives.” It’s:
- video/audio evidence,
- dispatch logs,
- medical records,
- suppression issues (stop/arrest/search),
- and clean procedural compliance (appearing at hearings, properly noticed motions).
That is how “principle” becomes “remedy.”
C) Translate “forced contract” language into what courts recognize
Instead of “they forced contract,” use language that lands:
- “unreasonable seizure”
- “lack of lawful basis for escalation”
- “excessive force / injury evidence”
- “failure to follow cite-and-release rules (where applicable)”
- “denial of meaningful hearing / ability to challenge evidence”
This isn’t selling out truth — it’s speaking in a format that can win.
Step 5: A Gentle Warning About Comment Threads
The comments under viral videos often drift into:
- unverifiable stories,
- emotional certainty without proof,
- and sometimes dangerous talk (vigilante “posses,” “ropes,” “gallows,” etc.).
That path doesn’t bring remedy. It brings risk.
If we want accountability, we stay grounded:
- evidence,
- lawful process,
- oversight complaints,
- civil-rights channels,
- and public transparency.
My Public Challenge (and Invitation)
No group — not government, not courts, not bar associations — holds a monopoly on what is lawful. Lawfulness is measured by principle, by conduct, and by proof.
At the same time, when officials choose to govern people through codes, statutes, and administrative systems—especially in matters tied to commerce, property, licensing, and use of public resources—then they must be held to the rules of their own forum. If they insist we are bound by statutes and procedures, then they are equally bound by the court rules, the rules of evidence, and transparent public records.
So here is my public challenge, stated plainly:
If a group claims this writ was filed in all 94 federal district courts, the clean way to confirm that is simple. Publish a spreadsheet listing:
- each federal district court,
- the official docket number,
- the filing date, and
- a link to the docket entry showing the filing.
That is not “asking permission.” It is asking for verification—the same standard courts demand from the public every day.
Until those docket numbers and docket entries are produced, the most accurate posture is:
“Interesting document. Some valid themes. Major claims not yet proven.”
That is not cynicism. It is discernment.
Closing: Truth Leaves Footprints
Truth isn’t a rumor — it’s a record.
Truth isn’t just what “feels right.” Truth leaves footprints you can verify:
- dockets,
- transcripts,
- file stamps,
- dates,
- exhibits,
- and outcomes you can point to without shouting.
And underneath every record is a living principle: every man has the right of self-determination — to govern his own life without coercion.
I commend those who built the National Liberty Alliance website and produced the document highlighted here for expressing that right and for putting a spotlight on questions many people have been afraid to ask.
If we want courts cleaned up—if we want accountability to be more than a slogan—then we build remedy the same way:

All these people were served. Every single one of them: State militias, Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Marshals, federal special agents, all county sheriffs, governors (all 50 states), senators, all assemblymen of all 50 states, United States senators, United States Congress members, all state courts — and they have refused to uphold the law.

Can I find the docket numbers for the “94 federal district courts” filings?
No — not from what’s publicly shown on their site or in the PDF. Their website states “Filed 2015 and 2016 in all 94 Federal District Courts,” but it does not provide a district-by-district list of actual federal docket numbers (the normal case numbers each court assigns).
The PDF uses its own “Case No. 1776-1789-2015” format, which is not a standard federal court docket number (federal cases are docketed per district with formats like 0:15-cv-____).
What I can verify from independent court docket
record tied to this movement/branding in the Northern District of New York: 1:2016cv01490, and it was dismissed with prejudice and closed.

1) Their “filed in court” claim can be tested by dockets
The document repeatedly claims it was “filed” in courts.
If that were true in the way the video implies, there would be normal court docket numbers and entries showing it.
There was at least one related federal civil case in the Northern District of New York:
Grand Jury, Sovereigns of the Court v. U.S. Congress et al, Case No. 1:2016cv01490.
That case was dismissed without prejudice because the plaintiff organization was proceeding without counsel, with a warning it would be dismissed with prejudice if counsel wasn’t obtained.
Then the case was dismissed with prejudice and closed when counsel did not appear.
That official docket history directly contradicts the reel’s vibe of “this has already lawfully removed everyone.”
2) Some statutes they cite are real, but are being used as intimidation
Example: the PDF threatens clerks under 18 U.S.C. § 2076. That statute is real, but it only applies when a clerk refuses to make/forward a report/document “required by law.” It doesn’t mean “the clerk must file any paper someone mails in.”
They also cite 5 U.S.C. § 3332 (affidavit re: no consideration paid for appointment). That statute is real — but again, the jump from “this statute exists” to “therefore you must obey our private writ or resign” is their assertion, not a court’s ruling.

Speculation / unsupported leaps
“All officials were served, none responded, therefore they forfeited office.” That is not how lawful removal works in U.S. courts, and there is no court order in the PDF showing removal.
“UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR ALL DISTRICTS” is not how real federal courts are captioned; federal courts are separate districts with real docket numbers.
A simple legal reality check (quo warranto authority)
Quo warranto is a real concept, but in federal/D.C. practice it’s generally brought by the government (AG/U.S. Attorney), not private groups issuing their own ‘writs.’
How to tell if something like this is “real” in 60 seconds
Ask for one of these:
A normal court docket number (e.g., “1:15-cv-____”) and a docket link, or
A PDF with a court ECF header / file stamp and judge/clerk signature, or
A citation to an actual order granting the relief (dismissal, removal, injunction, etc.)
