I’ve been sitting in the courthouse for four hours now awaiting a trial and my public defender has yet to make contact with me. There’s not even a courtroom number on my paperwork. Edwards Aw Icky Dion Holland yeah at pretrial conference I told him the events that led up to me being destined and searched and how they violated my state and the federal constitution and he said he doesn’t believe there is grounds for suppression. He instead told prosecution that I rejected the plea and informed the judge of that. I told him I wouldn’t agree to anything without reviewing discovery and he took it as rejection.
