I’m sharing this video transcript and comments because I’ve learned—sometimes the hard way—that clarity in language matters. Words can carry legal and practical implications, and when I don’t understand a term fully, I may unintentionally create a presumption I never intended. Kali Spell’s presentation is direct and thought-provoking, and this post documents the video and the public discussion around it for study and discernment.
Video Description As Seen On the Video (source text, formatted)
An X in a box is not a signature. In law, it is the mark of the illiterate, used when someone cannot read or verify a document. A ballot is an opinion poll by definition—meaning it collects opinions, not authority. When that opinion is placed inside a box, it is not part of any binding agreement.
A secret ballot has no witness, no traceability, and no accountability. What people are actually doing is taking part in a corporate process where policy is already set and cannot be changed by voters. You are not giving power; you are giving an opinion inside a system designed to keep authority elsewhere.

Voting. An X in a box is the mark of the illiterate. It is the mark of a slave.
You do not vote these fuckers in. You never have. This is about what an X actually means in law and where the money really goes.
Now a poll is defined as a study in which people are asked for their opinions about a specific topic. Opinion has no authority. A slave is allowed an opinion. A slave is not allowed power.
You mark an X. Now, an X is not a signature. A signature is a sign of nature or a sigil.
It’s commerce. As a living man we autograph. But back to that X in the box.
It confirms no authorship, no verification, no informed consent. Your vote sits in a box. Four corner rule of legalese. If it’s in a box, it’s not on the page. Not part of the contract. A secret ballot cannot create accountability.
No witness, no traceability, no liability. So you think you’re voting people in. You’re not. You’re not.
You’re choosing which corporate actor becomes the next CEO. Labour, Conservative, Red Wing, Blue Wing, same bird, same theatre. They don’t let plebs control policy.
Policy is corporate. Policy is Rome. Policy is fixed.
Elections do not change policy. They change personnel. It’s an energy harvest.
You go to the polls. Like the positive, the negative. It’s a charge. Just as a bill that goes through Parliament is a charge. It’s all electrical language. Election.
So corporations as we know do not serve the people. They serve shareholders. That is their legal duty.
Public money does not stay public. It is securitised, packaged, moved offshore. That money funds wars, drug running, human trafficking, child trafficking.
It does not fund you. It funds executive schemes, CEO bonuses, and council pension pots, where they pay themselves hundreds of thousands.
We are the security. We are the labour that backs these bonds, and our registration backs the stock. You are classed as a citizen.
Now, citizen means municipal servant. It’s a status trick. Now you may live on then the landmass called Manchester.
Administratively you are classed as an employee of the City of London. That is another status warning trick. You are born onto a ward.
Your mother gave birth. Ship in terms. B-E-R-T-H phonetically signed in the same.
Birth is maritime. Contractions are when the woman contracts. This is why legal fictions receive awards.
Instead of a brain, the straw man got a hapless piece of paper. A certificate issued for performance, compelled performance of a legal jurisdiction, of a corporate jurisdiction. You are treated as a ward of the state.
A ward does not govern. A ward is managed. Petitioners, we’ve covered in legalese, means tons to beg. No obligation on them to comply.
Slaves beg. “Please sir, can I have some more?” Protest means you accept the terms of the conditions, but you are unhappy about them. You never left the contract.
Window envelopes matter. So check these window envelopes that are being put through your letterbox.
This is corporation communication to corporation to dead entity. Why do they not use recorded delivery anymore? Why do they not use special delivery? Because recording, or recording yourself, creates a witness. A witness creates liability.
Corporations exist so living men and women can hide behind them and do these dark deeds. This is fraud. This is criminal uttering. This is the forging of documents. This is a trick of the mind.
Now the postmasters of all were the original banks. Recording it makes it real, right, and you can’t have a fact in a fiction. So they avoid it. The window is the coffin.
The dead addressing the dead. A corporation exists as a— that’s it and that’s all— while committing fraud, forging documents, all without personal liability.
As we’ve said, a state is not land. A state is not the people. A state is a condition, a legal fiction, and that is why you get a head of state, not accountable rulers.
Now this structure runs around three jurisdictions: The City of London, Washington, DC, and Vatican City. Separate states. Separate police forces. Forces operating together as a trust. A special purpose vehicle to manoeuvre the fake fiat currency.
All roads lead to Rome. Now an act is not law, as we’ve discussed, by default. It binds administrators. It requires jurisdiction and consent.
So the highest law of the land, the superior statutes, are the magna— not the carter but the charter. Again, it’s a trick in language— and the Bill of Rights.
Power was reserved and still is reserved by the people, delegated only for our public servants representing us in matters of state and business. That’s how it was always intended.
True kings and queens of all our public servants. They are the original trustees. That means they have the fiduciary capacity, i.e., to serve us as beneficiaries, as creditors, as living executors, as just in rem sovereign kings of the land.
The return of the king to the lord of the rings. The ring. The Saturnian ring.
I can go on. So you are giving the opinion of a ward inside a corporate system. The authority never transfers.

Public Comments (lightly edited for readability)
Quentin Kundalini: I have known for years that we are all slaves. Thank you for pointing out the mechanisms. The monetary system also aids and abets, in my opinion. Please keep getting the message out. One mind at a time, if that’s what it takes.
John Smith (replying to Quentin Kundalini): Risperidone??
Carlo Stevo: Deregister from the corrupt system today. Stop feeding the beast “immediately”. Well said, Kali Spell. Join Kali this Sunday. A big consortium to combat the digital i.d. Kali is speaking, and supporting this event. #everyone2026

Eire Eed: I’ve not voted in this country ever, moved here 16 yrs ago 🤷♀️🤷♀️ It’s absolutely pointless anyway 🤷♀️
Jackie Mcmullen (replying to Eire Eed): And that’s why we are in this mess!!
Eire Eed (replying to Jackie Mcmullen): Really? Explain. You do realise voting doesn’t make a difference. If it did, they’d not let us do it. Have you actually listened to Kali??? 🙄🙄
Matthew Eric Ford (replying to Eire Eed): People not voting is why we have this shame of a government.
Eire Eed (replying to Matthew Eric Ford): Really? Wake the fuck up 🙈🙈
Terry George (replying to Eire Eed): Rubbish! Get off here then! You have no opinion worth listening to!
Grace Sandcastle: I’m sure it’s the same in most countries. The different parties choose which party front will lead the country… as long as they follow their Cabal master.
Grace Sandcastle: Have you covered the fraud and embezzlement of income tax and council tax?
Jan Johnson: Are you registered to vote? If not, how do you get out of the system?
Rob Brett: I’m 58, I’ve never voted in my life. I was told it was voting for the lesser of 2 evils. I’m not voting for evil. Politicians are just puppets, sold their souls. 😉
Steven Tomlinson: Don’t vote… You give your consent to be governed by all legislation and acts of parliament you did not vote for. There is no signature out there that says you have given consent. Not even the king can summon proof, but he believes you are his subject, which sounds like slavery to me, but that is another rabbit hole to go down.
Ronald Abercrombie: Always use an ink pen, i.e., biro. Never use a pencil.
E PJ McColl (replying to Ronald Abercrombie): Why not a pencil?
Karl McCarron (replying to E PJ McColl): Because they can alter your vote. OBVIOUSLY.
James Breheny: Because they can erase it and put the mark to whom they wish. Voting fraud. Always use black ink pen.
Irene Lindsay: They were caught on CTV rubbing out votes and changing them in Birmingham area last elections.
Angie Clark: I always draw a knob on mine, seems much more appropriate.
Lisa Allen: I’m so glad I found you. I’m learning so much. Utter BS it really is, and how they trick you 💯 Words are spells. Spelling is creating those spells.
Geoff Radford: Are you aware of your birth extract for your placenta and your real live certificate of birth?
Brett McQuigg: Votum is consent to a deity, a plural vota. It’s not real choice.
Lawrence Ward: Here as the beneficiary to the strawman, for the record.
Michelle Hardee: So how do we opt out?
Beth Adams (replying to Michelle Hardee): Just don’t vote! I didn’t vote. They can’t do anything.
James Keyte: What happens if there is a mass boycott of a general election? Is there a minimum percentage of the electorate that needs to turn up to make the result legally valid?
IPeter Pan: Do you know why our passports say British when I’m English, and immigration forms provide a drop down index of countries to select from, but there is no England, Scotland, or Wales—just United Kingdom???
Paul Boat (replying to IPeter Pan): Ya! Great Britain, UK is the state world corporate. 👍
IPeter Pan (replying to Paul Boat): It’s as though we are forced to give up our nationality for a corporation.
Dean Paul Hannaford: Politicians are selected, not elected.
Max Stuteley: The box means that the cross is not on the piece of paper; voting takes place at registration—“register to vote”. Polling once every four years or so is not voting…
Steve Furneaux: Cheers Kali, appreciated. I have struggled with the whole process of elections. Hence I have not voted for about 20 years, as no one floated my boat, and I was aggrieved that my vote would not matter as it was a foregone conclusion because of where I live. It is not a democracy, and it certainly isn’t a fair system of how we are forced almost to vote for the historic party for the area we live in. Does that make sense? Thanks again. I love having my head challenged.
Richard Hamer: Surely if you don’t put the X in the box for who you want to govern you, the people in power will stay in power. I certainly don’t want who is in power right now to stay in power!
Kali Spell (author, replying to Richard Hamer): You can vote none of the above lol
Seamus Hopkins: Anything in a box is not part of the contract. So 👍 true.
Gary Masters: Anything written inside a box is not part of the document or paper it is printed on. Grammar—the rule of four squared.
Fred Crellin: Did anyone notice that when you fill in a form at a bank for a loan, mortgage etc, they highlight the box they want you to sign in with an X? This is technically them countersigning the “contract” to make it valid… Makes you think…
Beth Billingsley: As long as easily hackable voting & vote tabulation machines remain in use, the idea that voting establishes governance is no more than a cruel illusion.
[Redacted for publication — targeted hate/derogatory claim about a protected group.]
Ray Appleby: I can’t vote anyways, don’t have photo ID… Why should I have to prove I am who I say I am without a passport or driving licence? The whole system is corrupt…
Ray Appleby: ABOLISH THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MONARCHY.
Jamie Faulkner: No person is wise enough to govern another.
Danielle Jensen: You can actually put a line through every candidate name on the voting form and then write “NO SUITABLE CANDIDATE THAT FULFILLS / MEETS MY WILL” along those lines. If everyone did this then another election must occur…
Peter Lyons: If you are governed you are a slave to their rule, it’s that simple. Why can’t people see this?
