THE PEOPLE ARE SOVEREIGN THE PEOPLE ARE THE POWER
Affirmed by the 
State Constitutions & the 
Constitution for the United States of America
Every Constitution — State and Federal — declares one unshakable truth:
“All political power is inherent in the People.”
Not the courts.
Not the politicians.
Not the agencies.
THE PEOPLE are the original and supreme authority.
Judges, 
attorneys, 
clerks, 
sheriffs, 
legislators, and 
presidents —
are NOT sovereigns, but public servants, mere trustees of delegated power.
When they act beyond that delegation, their authority is 
void, unlawful, and without jurisdiction.
Constitution for the United States of America reaffirms this:
Preamble: “We the People… do ordain and establish this Constitution.”
Ninth Amendment: Rights not listed are still retained by the People.
Tenth Amendment: Powers not delegated are reserved to the States — or to the People.
Every State Constitution echoes the same foundation:
“All political power is inherent in the people…”
That means:
The People are the law’s source, not its subjects.
Governments are the servants, not the sovereigns.
Consent is the cornerstone of all lawful authority.
When government departs from consent, it ceases to be lawful —
and becomes a 
criminal enterprise in breach of the public trust.
The illusion of power collapses the moment the People remember who they are —
the Rightful Sovereigns, the Grantors of All Authority.
