Life is about choices until life becomes choiceless and we are dancing the dance of oneness…..

When experiencing the mental plane, the 3rd dimensional reality with the illusion of separation it is true, “hurt people, hurt people”. This is seen when hurt people either unconsciously or consciously make the choice to perpetuate their victimization by choosing to believe they can reclaim aspects of themselves by overpowering and being the bully.

Of course, this will never work because they are keeping themselves from truly expressing their true authentic self, they give over their power to their story and allow themselves to be a slave to their negativity.

In other words, hurt people only hurt people when they lack motivation to move out of the 3rd dimension of limitation. They will continue with the abuse because they lack awareness and are caught up in their pain body and do not take active steps to resolve their habitual ways of thinking, speaking, and acting.

Once we are aware that we are here for much more than what we were made to believe we can make the conscious choice to shift out of the 3d dimension of limitation. We do this be making the conscious and consciences choice to end the cycle of abuse and choosing to take steps to level up to the 5th dimension of purified love by doing the following:

1. Meet: anger with sympathy; contempt with compassion; cruelty with kindness; and,
2. Greet grimaces with smiles; and,
3. Forgive and forget about finding fault; and,
4. Take the steps to gain insight and foresight, and hold are center while holding space for people and see into them looking into the magnificence of their soul; and,
5. By allowing ourselves to have the direct experience of the oneness of all life. 6. Remembering that we are one with everything; and,
7. Remembering that no- one is the story they have running in their intellectual conditioned mind; and,

There are lots of people that have been severely hurt that are choosing to create a new outcome for themselves and making the conscious choice to become aware of how we create everything. They are recognizing the temporary personalities, disassociated aspects of self out of vibrational harmonic alignment with their true authentic self.

Once we let go of the idea that we are broken when we are victims of abuse and end the cycle of trying to fix ourselves, we empower ourselves to the life we are choosing to create and experience.

Choosing to recode our internal dialog by choosing to release our attachment to the stories we have running regarding our past experiences, and making the choice to integrate the part-time personalities, disassociated aspects of self, the aspects of self-held in lower emotional and mental states is a gift we give to ourselves and a gift we give to lie.

Life becomes choiceless once we take the steps to be free of the story, when we collapse all polarized and contradictory thoughts running in our field, we integrate all disassociated aspects/temporary personalities/ultra egos and we surrender the intellectual conditioned mind over to the infinite intelligence, the Might I AM presence, the Divine Spirit, the superconscious, the Christ within as the captain and commander of our life experience.

We can ask ourselves “what does the creative energy that inspires and supports life and that infinitely intelligent, radiant love, and all accepting want for me to experience? “I want what that wants for me!!!!! ❤

We always have a choice to ask, “is there more to life than what I am experiencing at this moment?” “What am I choosing today as an experience of life and is there something more for me?”

It is our perception of the event and the story we chose to create that is the reality we experience. Whether it is unconscious or consciously created the stories we tell are still binding our spirit to the people, place, and event.

Know that the higher self has a different perspective than our spirit-ego-intellectual conditioned mind-personality. The word “higher” in the term “higher self” is a word that describes a state of conscious awareness as the observer and consciousness (our field of experience known as our akashic record, the thoughts we create from our perception as a result of who and what we believe ourselves to be). The unified field of consciousness is the infinite field of all thought and all thought potentiality free from the intellectual-conditioned mind. We can make the conscious choice to orient ourselves to consciousness by freeing ourselves from the polarized thoughts that bind us to the stories where we keep repeating, these habitual thoughts and emotions are keeping us in the 3rd dimension of separtion.

It is up to each of us to decide to level up our experience to be in alignment with the soul’s plan. It is us that must make the conscious choice to return to wholeness and wholesomeness seeing with the soul’s perspective. We do this by making a conscious choice to shift our state of consciousness by being consciously aware that the stories we are imprinting into our attractor field is coming from the limited perspective of the fractured aspect of self. As we shift from operating from the spirit-ego-intellectual conditioned-mind with its flashlight sized awareness to the flood light awareness of the soul’s knowing.

We can choose to recognise how we keep ourselves in a loop of discontent when we are unaware of these thoughts that we buy into that act like interference patterns limiting our perspective and generating emotions that do not serve us. Therefore, It is much like being on a hamster wheel or experiencing groundhog day where we are constantly being triggered as a result of our attachment to previous experiences where we are unconsciously locking ourselves to the story and inso doing we are giving over our self empowerment to the people, places, and events perpetuating the frequency of the emotion learned during said events. Once we become aware of how this mechanism of our human design works in relation to creating our reality we step onto the path of consciously choosing our experiences, playing full out.

We are in fact seeing others and our experiences the way we are and not how it actually is because we are making up how they are through our own limited thinking and perceiving. The thoughts we think and the words we speak from the same mental and emotional state and state of consciousness will yield the same results because we are speaking our experience of reality and the world into being. We can now see how we keep creating illness, disease, since a thought held in our field becomes a thing.

Once we make the conscious and conscientious choice to master our life we can then ask ourselves, “Why do I identify with my story,  as the spirit-ego-intellectual conditioned mind instead of being the totality of who and what I truly am as purified love in expression and seeing with the eyes of the soul?”

The thoughts we think about and the words we speak we express are carried  on the carrier wave of emotions is our attractor field, also called our aura. Thoughts are electric and our emotions are electromagnetic. This is an electromagnetic field of energy that flows in and through our body. This field flows and creates a toroidal field, there are toroidal fields within toroidal fields that make up our human design. The creative life force energy known as chi or qi is flowing through us and our life in every moment. This energy is aware of everything in all dimensions and is non-discriminatory. This creative self-aware energy responds to the frequency of our thoughts and the frequency of our emotions.

The earth also has a toroidal field and there are people that have been very organized and have been feeding the general atmosphere of the earth for millennia. We can look out at the world and wonder to ourselves what can I do to shift the general atmosphere of the earth’s electromagnetic field of thought? We can begin to examine our personal thought process: “what is driving my thoughts and emotions?” We can choose to recognize when our choices of thought, speech, and action are inconsistent with what we are wanting. If we are not choosing deliberately the personal programming of our conscious and unconscious mind in every moment, who is?

When we are doing life from the illusion of separation from the 3rd density of separation, we believe we need to use our mental capacity to push energy to get through life or get what we need in life to have our needs met. Then one day out of the blue we can have an awakening to the fact that there is so much more to life than what we believe. In this crossroads we can then choose to make the journey back to the heart where all things are possible. All things are possible when aligned with the love of source aligned with the true nature of the natural world.

How do we consciously make this leap of faith? We can make the conscious and conscientious choice to resolve fears and release the stories with the habitual ways of thinking and perceiving and when we do this, we notice that the body is more sensitive to subtle energies. We can ask ourselves “what would it be like to experience life from a purified heart free from fear?” Can we even imagine a life free from the abusive events that taught us fear and caused a distortion and corruption of the emotional body?

Once we make the conscious and conscientious choice to move back to the purified heart and align with consciousness we surrender to the source of creation, to infinite intelligent creative energy, the Mighty I Am presence, the Christ Within with the intention of moving to the 5th dimension of purified love. We are leveling up in consciousness; we have a greater capacity to summon energy and invite this aspect of self to lead the way to life’s divine unfolding.

Once we are oriented to the 5th dimension of purified love aligned in vibrational harmonic alignment with the heart of creation life becomes choiceless because we have shifted back to magic and the miracle of life free from the stories that have acted like a ball and chain around our spirit.  Life is magical when we are orientated to a purified heart and are being led by the infinite intelligence, the Mighty I AM presence, the superconscious, the Christ Within, when oriented to his we are aligned in vibrational harmonic alignment with eternal life and life everlasting.

While in the process of moving from fear back to faith and trust, from the mental back to the purified heart we can choose each day, what we feel, what we think, how we speak, and the actions we take. We can make the conscious choice to become aware of the habitual way of thinking and speaking that is keeping us from being our true authentic self and keeping us in the 3rd dimension of separation. Once we know that we are the eternal soul, and that this aspect of self never dies why would allow fear to have a stranglehold on us experiencing life?

Once we know that the thoughts we think and speak, and the emotions being generated become our reality are we choosing wisely? We can ask ourselves, “Am I choosing to be be free?” “Am I choosing to create limitations for myself and others?” Am I choosing to be a victim of in fear or a master with faith and trust?” … and yes, it is a hurdle sometimes… just know that thine will be done on earth as it is in heaven…. it is thine choice to be that which thee came here to be… Ask, “What does me as the soul choose for my destiny? “What is my destiny?” “What am I destined to fulfill?”

Below are some simple yet profoundly effective tools to align with the magic and miracle of life. Just know, fear is an indicator, and comes in many frequency’s (anger, shame, blame, guilt, resentment, hate, abandonment, rejection, jealousy, etc.). Fear is an indicator that there is an aspect of self that has lost faith and trust in their soul’s love to guide them.

I am the eternal soul, I can never die, when our spirit-ego-mind-personality is feeling fear, we can choose to ask ourselves, “where am I not loving myself?”, “how is this situation serving me?” “Am I choosing to level up today?”

We can look in the mirror at the dawn of each day and say to ourselves repeating over and over until we feel the shift in our electromagnetic field of thought:

1. I am the master of my reality.

2. I am love expressing itself as life

3. I am the eternal soul.

4. Body beautiful

Core choices to live a life of divine unfolding:

1. I choose to level up today and experience the 5th dimension of purified love.

2. I choose to live a life I love.  We can ask ourselves: How can I shift my perception and the actions I am taking to align with the life I love? The unconscious mind does not know what is real and what is not real.

3. I choose the magic of life’s Divine Unfolding. We can ask ourselves: How can I be more consistent at being the observer, less reactive to life and more responsive to what is presenting in any given moment?

4. I choose health and vitality.  We can ask ourselves: Are the thoughts that I am thinking and the words that I am speaking aligned with creating a spirit, mind, and body that is expressing health and vitality?

5. I choose to be the predominant creative force in my life. We can ask ourselves: where am I giving over my creativity to unconscious thoughts and beliefs and habitual ways of thinking? These outdated thoughts and beliefs act like interference patterns in our attractor field/aura (the electromagnetic field of energy around, in and through our body) Am I reacting from a programmed past or choosing to respond with awareness and spiritual insight and foresight?

6. I choose to live my true nature and experience life on purpose with purpose. We can ask ourselves: If oneness is the ultimate truth, then where am I still feeding the illusion of separation with the thoughts that I am thinking, the words that I am speaking and the actions that I am taking?

7. I choose to be the awareness of the eternal soul.

“What would it be like when,” and then you imagine as if it were already true, and that is the secret of prayer. “What would the world be like when it is true that I am now the man or woman that I’d like to be?” “What would the world be like when I am expressing as my true authentic self as the center of the cosmos?” And then will I dare to assume that I am it? Now this is faith….
