Being of Sound Mind and intellect and intelligence ie/I have a moral obligation to inform you of the crimes you are either unwittingly or knowingly participating in. It is unclear if you are wilfully being ignorant, stupid, and illiterate or not. This email you have sent me is grammatically incorrect, in your use of all upper case letters in this electronic letter/document it is impossible to read it; the words printed in all upper case letters do not actually exist making it impossible for me to read this email.

No one of Sound Mind would allow for Biological and Chemical Warfare to be conducted especially when it comes to poisoning the air they themselves are breathing. Once ie/i realized that ie/I was an accessory in and also committing crimes as a result of my ignorance, stupidity, and illiteracy ie/I made the conscious and conscientious decision to end my participation by taking steps to end my ignorance, stupidity, and illiteracy. And now that ie/I know what ie/i did not know it is My Free Will choice to choose by making this conscious and conscientious choice to no longer be involved in criminal behaviour.  Once ie/I realized the liability ie/I was creating for myself and the liability ie/I was creating for the ongoingness of Natural Life on Earth ie/I decided that ie/I no longer wish to participation and/or partake in the activities of this so called Civilized Society ie/I was born into.  

Having had a nervous system breakdown in 2000 has made it very difficult to deal with the situation ie/I find myself as the corruption to the nervous system(s) of my body has impacted my short term and long term memories as well as influencing my cognition and ability to think clearly.  As a lover of life ie/I have been determined to live the life of my dreams.

It was in 2016 after being Arrested for not having the ability to pay my mortgage even though it was the Agent working for the Insurance Company that stopped my Disability payments that forced me to stop and evaluate how the systems within the the society ie/I was participating in actually worked. This is when ie/I returning the Canadian Passport issued to one LORNA LYNNE BORGESON,and have since returned all Government issued documents and instruments issued in this name. Yet, the institutions and system(s) of society created by the criminally insane does not allow me to be free as everything about the system forces me to participate. This is a real conundrum ie/I find myself in as this is prohibiting my own spiritual evolution as it requires others to cooperate in taking steps to correct the systems driving the criminal behaviour.

Meaning of Sound Mind: legally, having the capacity to think, reason, and understand for oneself. Adults by nature are considered in general to be of Sound Mind, but through certain circumstances can be rendered as being not in Sound Mind, due to major incapacities, and/or due to chemical and/or physical Brain Damage; chemical and mental Brain Damage interfering with Brain Function and Cognition is induced both externally and internally. Brain Damaging chemicals and metals have been introduced into the Body by Government Controlled Institutions in various known and unknown ways, and the Brain Function can be compromised when Self Medicating. Brain Damage can occur internally as a result of Oxygen Deprivation and Brain Function and Cognition can be compromised as a result of emotional, psychological, and physical trauma causing an imbalance to the Endocrine and Central Nervous System during these events. 

It must be noted that chemical and metal Brain Damage affecting cognition has not been widely recognize in today’s Medical Community. It has been my experience that the Brain Injury Society looks more for Physical Injury such as a concussion and does not look for Gen Anomalies, and/or any other Birth Defect resulting in a Deficiency in Cognition, and/or Damage Caused as the result of a Nervous System Breakdown.

No adult of Sound Mind need be governed from outside sources, they are rightfully self governed, as their moral standards will not allow them to ‘do harm to others’. The people that created Governments and continue to support this idea of Government  control the “Citizens’ using Social Engineering to keep adults from being of Sound Mind, giving them the unreasonable excuse to govern them. No authority of Government is needed for those who do no harm to others, for these individual of Sound Mind being emotionally and spiritually matured realize their Oneness with All Life and know “what we do onto others’ we are doing onto our-self in this knowing they have love for themselves/all else.

When tax dollars are used in war then the one funding the war is an accessory to the horrors and crimes of this war. They are funding (rape, torture, murder as well as the theft and the destruction of others property). It does not matter whether someone is killed in a war or by any other means even if legally sanctioned it is still murder.

And we are committing fraud every time we use Government and/or Court issued Documents/Instruments issued in the Legal Name. Yes, it is illegal and unlawful to use the Legal Name as fraud is seen in Law as a crime. Any Document/Instrument using an all uppercase name/capitalized name grammatically does not exist.

It is only through education will we recover dominion over our own life.

The reason why “DOG-LATIN” is used to deceive the public, is because, as a foreign written language, it resembles English text closer than any other written foreign text, it has deceived the best of the best.

EVEN THOUGH YOU ASSUME YOU CAN READ THIS TEXT AS ENGLISH, grammatically, it’s impossible, and this is how “their” Law is a “presumption”, because there are Hidden Grammatical Rules when it comes to the written language by those that believe them and apparently it grammatically does not exist.
