This is a LEGAL NOTICE and not a letter.
Please be advised that I know my rights as an expression of the Divine and the Divine itself. As Heaven and under the guidance of heaven. Do you understand. I have taken steps to end my ties with the “Crown”. False claims have been made against me energy including this body since being born onto Planet Earth. My energy and my inheritance has been unlawfully and illegally used against my will.
I am now taking steps to remove my energy as a tax payer and voter for the Corporation of Canada. I no longer am a citizen of Canada. From the 20th day of September 2016 I consider myself a Free being of the Cosmos. Please see the attached documents faxed to the Vatican at this time I still did not have all the information.
Please be advised that I have taken a vow of harmlessness for this body matrix and the earth. Any further claims against me, Paul Ricky Richard, our children, or any other member of the global society will be seen as an act of aggression.
The individuals that created the Vatican believe they own planet earth and the souls incarnated on IT. Of course, this is a false assumption. They have gotten away with this as no one has adequately challenged them on their outrageous claims.

With every problem, there is a solution getting to the root of the problem has been arduous and took longer than anticipated. It remains to be seen who is actually involved in the “under world” of politics on the planet. Including pedophilia and Satanic Ritual Abuse and Sacrifice. (1)
As a Member of Parliament under the “Crown” you are agents for the “Crown”. When taking your oath of office do you know what the “CROWN” IS and do you know what you are accepting? In taking the oath you are breaking your covenant with heaven and becoming an agent for the “CROWN”. As an agent for the Crown you are actually a Zionist Mafia Member working for the Khazarian Mafia. (2) You are working for the Cabal-known as the Illuminati which is policed by the Jesuit Order. Why is no one talking about the health of our environment? The evidence is undeniable. Humans are a strange bread.
